Christina won us over with her flavors and enthusiasm, she provided some off the menu suggestions for mixing and matching sponge and fillings which was awesome. Ultimately, we settled on a mix of a traditional wedding cake (we were so pleased to get more than one flavor choice), along with a smaller gluten free cake and a number of sweet treats to appeal to a wide range of dietary restrictions and palates. When it came to design, Christina was very attentive to our inspiration photos/vision but also mindful of our budget as sugar past dahlias are not easy or inexpensive! When we discussed incorporating our dogs, she had a vendor lined up to make figurines and took care of the ordering process once we provided her some photos.
