My 90 minute Swedish massage was one of the best I've ever had. I've only ever been to Massage Envy in California, but this massage from Mila was much more thorough than theirs. It was also cheaper, somehow, at $90 for 90 minutes?! I tipped $30 because it felt like a great deal. I could see myself coming here again for a cheaper $60 massage before I head home. Some notes about this place: 1. Cash only. There's an ATM outside. 2. The room was a little hot, but the fan kept me comfortable. 3. Mila was extremely attentive to my specific aches and pains, always asking if the pressure was too hard or if I needed anything to be different. 4. The massage covered more of the body than some might be comfortable with. Not *all* of my body, but... at least 99.5% of it. Also, the bed sheet was paper thin and probably didn't cover certain parts of my body the whole time. I personally wasn't concerned with which parts of me were seen or touched by accident, but you should definitely speak up early if you're the least bit shy. read more

I can't say enough about Lily Spa! My boyfriend and I travelled to Hawaii for the first time and while there celebrated his birthday. I knew before we arrived that I wanted to treat him to a spa day but it was so hard to find everything I wanted in a reasonable price...until I found Lily Spa. I spoke to the owner prior to arriving and asked if she would be willing to decorate the room for his birthday and she gladly said yes. We arrived and they met us in the parking lot to walk us inside. We felt welcomed and taken care of from that moment until leaving. We had a 90 min full body massage, 30 min body scrub (followed by a shower) and finished with an hour foot massage. The ladies working n us were both so nice! We are both larger people and we never felt judged, uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. They constantly checked in to make sure the pressure was ok and it was perfect! I wish I had time to go back again before I returned home, but the service was so good I would go back over an over. Honestly it's better than any massage i have received on the mainland. I carry a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders and typically I leave a massage sore for a few days I didn't have any soreness when leaving. I'm not sure hoe they managed that but 5 days later, I still feel great! read more

It was included as a gift on my birthday although I did not avail it, last year April. Hot stones helps loosen up and relax deep tissue muscles . Maybe other people have small tolerance to pain like this hot stone, Maybe you let them feel the stone if they can tolerate the heat or not so you may wait for a while until it's not that hot. Like me, I had dark spots at my back like bruise kind. Kinda stingy, but I said to myself, "I liked the heat and I want try it" not the pain or bruise but the benefit I can get after. Like I said on my first review, after a day or two, I feel so good and relaxed. I went to a lot of massage parlor, one at Alamoana, also good there, I went to McCully shopping center, also good, and more other massage parlor . But... now the search is over..I only go to ONE and ONLY massage SPA that is LILY SPA. I don't get any discount or I'm not promoting it, I just want to express myself regarding my experience there. Had been wanting to visit Lily Spa for quite a while now, after reading nothing but positive reviews. Finally was able to make some time and schedule a massage with Lily and she was everything that all of the reviews had mentioned. Friendly and nice. Good techniques with strong deep tissue massage. I asked her to concentrate on my back, glutes, thighs and calves and she listened and did exactly that, finding all the knots in those areas and alleviating them, with strong, deep elbow pressure, along with firm, long stroking motions where I could feel all the lactic acid being driven out of my tired muscles. Other massage places I went to were not as good technique-wise nor comply with my specific requests. She first massaged me over the sheet, then used oil on bare skin for a smoother touch. Both were good, though I think I preferred the oil on the skin. Lily is also VERY FAIR and HONEST, as she had to leave the room once for a few minutes and also take a call during my massage, so she added about 5 minutes to the end of my 60 minute massage. That kind of gesture will earn you RESPECT and LOYALTY! Additionally, I loved Lily's massage, but I was curious and asked and she also said it was OK if next time I tried Abby, as I've read that Abby is also good. She in fact introduced me to Abby. So no professional jealousy (they seem to be friends), and Lily said that "they all work for the same company!". Like some other reviewers, I couldn't find their parking stalls on the second level when I came (the stall numbers are a bit small and the stalls are in the far corner). So I called Lily and she came out to direct me to the stalls, and also helped me pay ($2) at the parking machine outside after my massage in order to get out at the automated entrance (the exit ticket device scans your ticket, "reads" your license plate, and the arm automatically goes up!). She let me use the restroom before the massage, and also gave me a cold bottled water afterwards. Very nice. Though I need to do "some planning" to see her, I shall do my best to see her again in the near future. read more

Lily's Spa is fairly new opened 5months ago, we called on a Thursday night and got an appointment within 15min as it wasn't busy, located in century center. If you need parking let them know they will text you info on the stalls you have to park. You pay for the parking at a kiosk outside after your session, it's $2 parking. We booked a couples massage $60 for an hour, the place was very clean and nice. The massage rooms are pretty. They have two bathrooms, one with a shower if you need to freshen up before or after massage, be sure to inform them first if you can use the shower. The therapists were very friendly, As for the massage we both enjoyed it, relaxing and good pressure on knots. They ask a decent amount of times if the pressure is okay and what areas needs more work which I appreciate, HOWEVER don't be afraid to communicate what you need like a certain area or any pressure changes anytime during! I'm thinking about trying their foot massage next time too since that rose foot bath looks tempting they also gave me a stamp card, 10 Body massage appointments get an hour massage free so that's neat! read more

Was looking for a massage and found this place. I enjoyed this massage as the other places I've been to in CA or NV aren't as good. My masseuse was very thorough and friendly so it was a very positive experience. The price is pretty good as well and they do have a shower you can use if you were at the beach earlier to clean up.
