There were plenty of tables inside yet I noticed many folks ordered their food to-go. They had a consistent flow of customers while we were there. I ordered an Acai bowl (they had a separate chalkboard menu with different types). The Acai part was good but the rest was just okay. The fruit tasted weird and it could have used more granola. If I returned I would order something different. Although they offer tons of sweet and savory crepes, my boyfriend got a plain one, along with a breakfast platter, and he said it was all yummy. I waited over an hour for my food while everyone else in my group received theirs awhile before. I asked twice if there was an update and they said they were making it, however when I went to the counter at the over an hour mark the server said that she did not have a ticket for my order even though I found I received my drink but not the food. Second time here and seems like they got busier since the last time we tried the place out a year ago. The walls are covered with art for sale and booths of tables to sit. Same set up where you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Took the kids here for lunch and we ordered the classic sweet savor crepe with bananas, strawberries, and drizzled with Nutella. I FINALLY tried the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup at Lily's Crepes after seeing it all over my social media, and I get the hype! The chocolate was super smooth and creamy, with kataifi, which I learned is tiny pieces of shredded phyllo pastry. It honestly tasted a lot like regular chocolate to me, but with a little extra texture from the kataifi. The strawberries were perfect because they balanced out the richness of the chocolate. I stole a bite of my husband's Dubai Chocolate Crepe, which was amazing but almost too rich for me on its own. That said, I get that it's a specialty item, but it was pretty pricey for what it was. Definitely a treat-yourself kind of thing. Overall, super delicious and definitely worth trying if you're into chocolatey desserts! Not a single crepe disappointed. The crepes are made perfectly. Soft inside, crispy on the outside. Any filling you choose will be sure to please! I'm a fan of the apple pie crepe and the Lily's crepe. I have a serious sweet tooth so these stood out to me. However, the chicken Alfredo crepe was tasty! And my brother enjoyed the pizza crepe (filled with pepperoni). I do appreciate their chocolate covered strawberries too. I'm not a big chocolate fan but these were kind of irresistible!! He had a waffle with sides, I had Lily's favorite crepes with the creme, bananas, strawberries and chocolate drizzle across the top (no Nutella for me, that would have just made it dessert!). The presentation was lovely! It's so rare to find restaurants that take the time to make the plating look good, anymore, so that was a nice surprise! My husband is a very quiet man, so when he speaks up to say something tastes really good, I try to pay attention and remember to come back again. This was one of those times. I'm always hesitant about ordering crepes because they're so dainty, I'm never certain if I'll still be hungry when I'm finished eating. That was not a problem, here. Last Tuesday, my husband and I visited Lily's Crepes for the first time. The restaurant is very clean and has colorful art on the walls from local artists and upbeat music lightly playing from the speakers. There's also plenty of seating space. An employee helped us at the register and explained what dishes had dairy ingredients and what portion of dairy was in each dish. I was debating between getting a waffle and a crepe, but was informed that there's more butter and milk in the crepe batter than in the waffle batter, so I went with the Lily waffle. However, there was some confusion between the employees on whether Nutella has dairy in it. I should have looked it up but an employee said it didn't have dairy and I said yes to the Nutella. I thought it would be drizzled on the waffle but it was DRENCHED in Nutella. I don't know if they put more than usual amount on because I asked them I take off the cream or if that's the normal amount. Turns out that Nutella has dairy (milk powder). My husband got the French toast platter which actually looked more dairy allergy friendly than what I ordered. However, both dishes were really good and the staff was friendly. I'd go back again and order the French Toast or an omelette without cheese. I do recommend Lilly's Crepes adding vegan, vegetarian, dairy, soy, and nut allergy icons on their menu in the future. Also, it would be nice if they could add plant-based milk, butter, and whipped cream so people with dairy allergies can still enjoy their delicious breakfast options (crepes, French toast, waffles) worry free. The food was okay, but the service was terrible. First off, the food took forever to arrive. I ordered two Dubai strawberry cups and a crepe to go. It took nearly 30 minutes for just one cup to come out, even though there were only two customers in the shop--myself and one other person. After another 10 minutes, I saw the cashier deliver food to the other customer who had arrived after me. That customer opened the bag and realized it wasn't their order. The cashier then took the same order that the other customer had touched and opened, wrapped it back up in the same bag, and tried to serve it to me. I told the cashier I wanted a new one since it had already been handled by someone else. She argued with me for two or three minutes until her manager finally told her, with an attitude, "Just give him a new one." Forty minutes later, I finally got my crepe. My wife then had to go to the counter to ask for our other order of Dubai strawberries. Another employee started arguing with her, insisting we already had all our food--until my wife showed her the receipt, which clearly listed two Dubai strawberry cups and a crepe. I got a build your own (BYO) with dulce de leche, my husband got Lily's, and our kiddo got the classic. I found the crepe to be incredibly sweet. It wasn't bad, but I guess I wasn't expecting that level of sweetness with just a dulce de leche. I didn't try the classic as I'm not a fan of strawberries, but my kiddo didn't really want more than one bite which was sad. I did try the Lily's since my husband requested his to not have strawberries and it was okay.
