This is the worst consignment experience I ever had, and i have consigned at a lot of places. My item was there for 2 years, and sold one year ago. I never got notified in any manner that it had sold, so for a year she has been holding my money. When I asked why they hadn't let me know it sold, she said she has 5,000 consignees and can't call them all. I doubt she sells 5,000 items in a day, should be pretty easy to contact the 3 or 4 folks whose merchandise she actually sells in a day. She actually told me that instead of being angry that she kept my money for a year, i should be thankful that she sold the item. Her attitude is the worst customer service ever, she actually told me to never come to her store again, and believe me, I WON'T!!!!! read more

Very poor attitude, asked for a simple request, got told it'd be free initially and got charged $20 to get my clothing back. Not sure why the manager is so quick to anger after asking a few pertinent questions, maybe it's stress, maybe it's trauma, but it's pretty annoying to be almost completely ignored by a Karen while she tries to sound cool and tough, and project her insecurities onto me. If you're a student, she will probably hate you. read more

Prom season is coming up so my friend and I wanted to look and see what styles and colors we would be interested in so we decide to go look around, not purchasing anything quite yet. So we come in and we aren't greeted right away but the worker who greeted us after we walked in we both thought was a customer, just saying hello. We are then approached by a woman who immediately seemed upset. She was not welcoming whatsoever and she asked us if we were planning on purchasing anything and we explained that we were looking around to see what styles we would be interested in for prom. We were immediately told that we couldn't try on any dresses because it would "ruin the dresses". Then after saying that she proceeded to ask us what size we were looking for, which I thought was pointless because we can't even try them on. After looking around she then tells us that we are looking at the dresses wrong and that we needed to pull them a certain way because the "straps would get tangled with the others" which confused us because the dresses were in individual bags. The worker continued to glare at me and my friend the whole time as if we were going to take off running with one of the dresses. My friend and I were waiting for this woman to tell us that we couldn't breathe on these dresses as it would again "ruin the dresses". Overall dresses were very overpriced for the style that they were and the service was very poor. read more

This is a hidden gem in downtown Pullman. I am fairly new to the area still, however, I found this store when I was walking on my break for work. The store owner is very sweet and helpful. She helped me find the shoes I desired for work... as well as showing me around the store. I was able to see all the lovely formal wear along with some amazing wedding dresses, she explained if I wanted to try any dresses on I could, but she prefers that I set an appointment so she'll be able to provide the best hospitality she can. Future wise, I will most definitely love to go through this shop for a wedding dress because of the owner. She's very helpful and wants to provide people with what there hearts desire. The possibilities are endless on what ya can buy at this store. read more

Lilly Bee's is a great shop! I have been there as both a customer and a consignment seller! They are a fantastic place with amazing customer service. They accept nice quality items so there is always a good selection, and you know you are getting good things in nice condition. The shop owner is such a nice lady! She will always chat with you and give you suggestions on what might look nice on you. They have a great collection of shoes and jewelry and it is a great place to go for formal dresses! read more

Came in for the first time and couldn't believe how terrible it was. To clarify I'm a young college student and on this particular day I didn't look quite as nice as usual and was wearing leggings and a comfy dress. I've been with my partner for 6 years and we're having a baby this November. We have plenty of money and I was ready to drop at least a thousand dollars or more there shopping. I left without buying anything. I was looking to find a wedding gown but I wasn't allowed to try any on until I "came back with a set date". This is ridiculous. It is a consignment store not a wedding boutique! There are several reasons why women might want to buy a wedding dress outside of getting married. Some women like to buy their dress years before. Some wear what is technically a wedding dress to prom. And this was during a Prom sale. Others have terminally ill mother who would like to see their daughters in their wedding dress before they pass (me).It happens but the girl behind the counter was unhelpful with the rest of the store and merchandise and I left without purchasing anything on principle. Unless you come in looking like you come from money or with parents do not come. They judge on appearance and are generally just rude, especially for a consignment store. This isn't some high end boutique in NYC, they're nicer there. read more

I know they have a nice variety, so I trudged through ice and snow to get there today. The door was wide open, and a young woman was standing there who then told me I couldn't come in, because it was 10:50 and they didn't open until 11. It was freezing outside, and the least she could have done was to allow me to browse for ten minutes until they opened. How in the world am I supposed to remember that a downtown shop doesn't even open until 11 a.m.? I try my best to go to local businesses rather than buy online, but the local businesses really, really need to adjust to the online age. I'm sure they won't bother to read this, much less respond, but I've seen too many local businesses go under around here, and I try my best to speak up. read more

Do not consign or shop at Lily Bee's as owners/employees will rip you off and/or treat you badly. I had clothing on consignment that they "lost;" I also had left items with the owner's husband who when I asked if I could put my name on my items, he said no, that he would remember, & then they didn't put my items onto my account and either claimed them as theirs or put on someone else's account--all of which means owners ripped me off--stole my items/money. They also "lost" my friend's consignment items. They also have lied and said our items had gotten "damaged in a flood"--second Pullman consignment store to tell me this. So shouldn't insurance go to reimbursing clients? Liars. Customer service is also bad: so rude you just turn around and leave. After being ripped off, I never ever put items on consignment, and I never went back to Lily Bee's. I now sell my items at the Storm Cellar because they are trustworthy. read more

Horrible customer service. I walked in to browse -- as one does on a Saturday afternoon, and was promptly ignored for several minutes. Fine with me. Then, when the lady takes a good look at me and my mysteriously large bag, she walks over and asks to take it so she can put it behind the counter. I was absolutely humiliated. I didn't think I looked like a shifty character, but I guess I was wrong. I would rather pay full price for any item than give that woman a dime. Ruined my afternoon. read more

BUYER BEWARE here! I found a great vintage wedding dress here for a great price (half-off), but: I put it on hold overnight to think on it, and one of the selling points was that it was on a rack clearly marked "1/2 off" with a sign, and each item clearly had a star on its tag indicating it was part of that sale. When I came back to buy it the next day, she rang me up for full price, so I pointed out the sale rack I'd taken it from, and mentioned the star on the tag. She showed me the tag off the dress, which now no longer had any star on it--they had obviously overnight put a new tag on it! (I was there w/2 friends who saw the whole thing) When I protested, she looked at the sign and rack, and made some lame excuse about "Oh, that sale ended last week, we should have taken that sign down--but I'll give it to you for the 1/2 off". So I bought it, but want to warn others, don't let them pull something similar on you! That employee was also very pushy about telling me what I should wear with the dress, my choice of colors, shoes, flowers, etc.--none of which I asked for any advice on nor was any of her business! I'm middle-aged, remarrying--not like I hired her for my wedding consultant.... I won't go back there, even though I like the store otherwise. A Pullman mom read more
