Great friendly service. Great selection. Good causes to shop there. They have great attention to value and detail.

There's always something waiting to be found at the Hope Center and the prices are reasonable for second hand. I stop in regularly to check for books, and often find newer hardback titles for just a couple of dollars. At Christmas time, it's fun to look for ornaments and other treasures. Donations are easy at the drive through area in back. This is where the inventory sold in the store originates, and people are generous! read more

Worst customer service, but for one male employee. Can't get the manager on the phone, and he's never available in the store. Good luck finding the manager. Great deal on pots, pans and kitchen items. Fairly good deal on clothes. Didn't buy anything else, so can't say about the rest. Good overall selection. Basic thrift store. I Love this Store. I buy all my clothes and shoes there. But , since the remodel the prices have gone up, some prices are laughable! U could buy some things new for the same price at Wal-mart. I dress well but to shop there u must know quality, & brands,& the store's sales! Visit often & know a bargain. read more

I almost never go to Hope anymore since they began acting more like antique mall wannabes than a thrift store. My game is books and records, with the former priced a little high for thrift and low turnover/quality and the latter being hair-pulling infuriating in that they price them sky-high and take no care with them. Why should I ever pay more than a record shop would charge when theirs aren't dusty, scratched, and torn like the dreck at Hope? The only worthwhile reason to go anymore is that they're still often reasonable on clothing and occasionally have some unusual garments. Otherwise, Palouse Treasures is cheaper and comparable in presentation and conscientiousness. read more

Always lots of great finds here, and the prices are extremely reasonable. One of my favorite second stores in Moscow.

It depends on what you are looking for. They used to sell vintage Pyrex at a thrift price but have now realized it's sought after and have marked it up. Many of their items they do this to. They have tried to make part of it a antique/boutique store. This has them marking up items higher than a thrift store normally would. Toys are always a good price along with frames. Furniture is sometimes spendy. I'm not a fan of thrift stores putting "nfs" not for sale on items they got donated to them for the purpose of selling. They have a lot of "nfs" tags. read more

A large store with lots of good stuff. There always seems to be revolving staff. The only real draw back is that they get the stuff for free and often try to sell it above retail prices. I got a knife for $20 or my son. I went home and he looked it up to find there were many avalable on eBay for $6. When I talked to Steve (manager) and he said " buyer beware", and laughed.I believe this is a church store. I'm pretty sure it's not just a "what would Jesus do" moment, only when it proffets the church. There are many over priced items a real "buyer beware attitide" you have to be careful. Lots of games . Do not buy one until you have check all pieces. THEY DO NOT CHECK!. They sold my daighter a $20 dollar stuffed animal. It took us three days of her sleeping with it, and getting cuts, before we found it was full glass, head cashier would not take it back. It was her whole summers allowances. (Proffet for the missions) it was sad, it was nothing more then a carnival prize worth about 4 bucks. You just have to look harder for the deals. They save have lots of furniture, but they seem to save it up until thec stick it to the students" time of year. I guess it really is a BUYER BEWARE kinda deal. read more
