Employee at the self service bins was very rude and careless. Needs training in customer service.

Everytime I go here, the staff is quick to greet me and ask if I need any help/assistance. Most of the time I say no because I know where to go for the item(s) i'm looking for. When I say yes, they'll immediately walk me to where I need to go to look for such product I am looking for. The store is very well maintained and good at cleaning in between customers. Shelves are not always the best looking but it is a thrift store. You can't expect it to be 100% perfect all the time. They are very well stocked in books and kitchenware/glass cups and all that jazz. Clothes are a hit or miss but are always color and size coordinated which helps me look for what I need. read more

The Moscow Goodwill is certainly on the upper end of Goodwill locations as far as being presentable and well-maintained. I make a point of stopping by pretty much every time I cross into the city, and virtually always find something. Were I writing this last summer or fall I'm certain I'd have given 4 or 5 stars, but the biggest plus they had going for themselves -- a cheap and decent selection of vinyl records -- has done a complete 180 over the past six months. For a time, I could go in and find something decent to awesome literally each time visiting, week after week, and at 49 cents per LP couldn't have been happier! However, sometime last autumn they stopped putting out new record stock almost completely. Maybe a new one here or there, but rarely anything that was actually worth more than the 49 cent price tag. The only time a sizable amount of new stock was put out was for Christmas, and at least last visit that was pretty much all that was still out. I mentioned the change to employees a couple times, but to no avail. On the plus side, there is incredible turnover in books, so I almost always will find a handful to buy there. A big part of this is that they keep to the 99 cent paperback / $1.99 hardcover price scheme, compared to some other Goodwill locations that do $1.99 paperbacks / $2.99 hardcovers and have the same books hang around forever because they lose sight of that their business is being a thrift store. The Moscow location also has decent turnover in board games, and they're almost never more than $3.99 per game. Even better, the staff actually takes care to keep them shelved nicely, so despite being adjacent to kids' toys the area never looks like it was hit by an atomic bomb as tends to be the case at other Goodwill locations. read more

This place has everything, literally. Very pleased with the selection and pricing at this location. Much better than any other thrift stores in the Pullman, WA, area, for sure. Open good, long hours, too, until 8pm on weeknights, which is very convenient. Staff also very friendly and very helpful! read more

Very disappointing service today at Moscow's Goodwill. I tried to used return receipt from last fall, but they've evidently changed systems and no longer accept certificates older than 90 days. No where on the receipt does it say "only valid for 90 days." Rather than issue a new certificate in their new system, or offer a percentage, or offer some other kind of consideration. they just said "sorry." That is unacceptable. There are several other thrift stores in Moscow -- please give them your business instead of Goodwill. read more

I go to this goodwill very often. At least once a week and I am always able to find some item of clothing. They have quality clothes as well as brand names ( AE, Hollister,Nike,etc.). This place is my favorite! read more

I was not impressed with the selection or the prices at this Goodwill. I was seeking college related clothing, which I had already priced on several online venues. In many cases, what little they had was virtually retail priced, in spite of being well used. Perhaps I was spoiled where I lived before, but this location is not very large, has very little in comparison to the other locations I've seen, and have priced much of their inventory well outside of the used market. Manager lady isnt very great. Very rude actually! She always has a bad attitude. They need to get someone else in that position. They have been over pricing all items and never puts full sets of items together. read more

This is one of the best Goodwill's I've been to. I've been shopping here for five years! I've been thrifting with my Mom and Grandma since I was a toddler. This place is cleaner and brighter than average. I always find name brand clothing often with the tags still on. Great prices and peaceful atmosphere. My Mom and Grandma always want to come here when they visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can't even walk in to the other chain thrift store in town due to the dirty, run down atmosphere. The hours at this Goodwill are convenient as well. Great job Moscow Goodwill! read more

this Goodwill has outrageous prices. Starting in January of 2016 they increased prices on everything often doubling prices. I was recently at a Goodwill in Monterey California --- a wealthy beach community --- and their Goodwill prices were not nearly as high as ours. This company gets all donations completely FREE. There is no reason they should be charging prices $7-15 on used goods. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Other thrift stores in our community and consignment stores are more affordable and do more for the community. read more
