I manage renovations regularly and it's sadly typical for contractors to be poor at communicating, moody, and to try to take advantage of a situation where they think more $ can be made. Vacant Interiors' quoted reasonable pricing upfront, met their deadlines, and Bayar kept in touch as needed throughout the project. (We were originally hoping to use VI for other project needs like plumbing, tile, etc. and only didn't due to an availability issue.) At one point, we had questions about the flooring process and the owner, Steve, assisted. Again, super nice guy and an honest businessman. The employees we dealt with had nothing but great things to say about Steve and the company, which says a lot! B O T T O M L I N E : I've already recommended them to a client! Need I say more?

I knew there was lots of work to be done, and honestly anticipated additional work to be done once we got underway. Daniel's quote was fair and reasonable and he was able to work with my schedule. Phase I: I knew electrical was a mess, but not until Daniel started fixing things, did I realize how lucky I was that my house didn't burn down. Then, we discovered that my garage was an even bigger disaster - my handyman shall remain in my heart, but his work was not "up to code" so to speak. We determined that I needed some additional work to in the garage area and I asked for an estimate to have it completed another day. Daniel had one to early the next morning. Daniel and his crew were so friendly and great. I am so pleased with their work that I've asked that Daniel and his crew return to complete the second phase involving the garage wiring.

A True Masterpiece - Our Italy-Themed Basement is Beyond Stunning!…read more We are absolutely blown away by the work Level B did on our basement renovation! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. What they delivered isn't just a finished basement--it's a one-of-a-kind, Italy-inspired retreat that has completely transformed our home. Brooke did an amazing job putting our ideas to paper plans. Everything we pictured came out just as we had hoped. Mait was always on point making sure that everything stayed on schedule and was done to perfection. Octavio and Chase were able to work miracles. Anything we asked for, they made it happen. Every single craftsman was kind and professional. The craftsmanship is next-level. The custom stonework brings an authentic Old World charm, making it feel like we've stepped into a Tuscan villa every time we walk downstairs. One of the most impressive parts of the project was the walkout they added, providing easy access to the backyard and flooding the space with natural light. They also installed a cozy gas fireplace, a custom metal handrail, a stunning black walnut live-edge countertop for the wet bar, beautifully stained concrete floors, and handcrafted custom doors. And the elevator? An absolute game changer--it's already made a huge difference in accessibility and convenience. Level B's attention to detail, design sensibility, and commitment to quality are truly unmatched. Every element was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Our basement is now our favorite space in the house--perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and transporting us straight to Italy. We wholeheartedly recommend Level B to anyone looking to elevate their living space. They don't just finish basements--they create works of art. Erie, CO

After several months the Tesla Nema 14-50 charger started tripping the breaker more and more often…read more I tried contacting Charles, he sent me two replies "I'll send someone" without specific details when pressed for date or time. I had to get another electrician to come check out the installation. They said the outdoor Nema 14-50 plug needs to be weather proofed with sealant. Perhaps moisture is getting inside and tripping the breaker. Another reason could be the sub panel is not adequately supplied. The other electrician is coming by next Saturday to check the current levels. Charles is cheaper than other electricians but the follow up service quality is lacking. Which is why I've decided to go down to three stars from five. You get what you paid for. PS I asked him to quote me for fixing several light switches after the Nema plug install. He came by to check but left without contacting me again. I was pretty bewildered and hesitant to contact him again. I hired a different electrician who took an hour and charged me $80 for the work. Edit: Charles reached out immediately once he saw my updated review, apologized, and came over to check everything. Looks like the breaker wires were loose, he tightened it, and the car charged properly. Charles promised if the problem returned he would replace the original cabling and garage sub-panel under the original installation warranty. Thanks for making things right. Will update again if anything else happens.

She was so fast at responding to all my questions and quote requests, which I really appreciated. Her customer service skills were top notch! She made the countertop shopping process so easy with absolutely no sales pressure. The ONLY reason why I went with another fabricator was because of timing. Renovate was booked out for a month (for good reason) and I needed to get my kitchen finished ASAP since I was expecting out of town visitors soon. I highly recommend getting in touch with Gabriela at Renovate. During a complete kitchen remodel, she was by far the easiest (and friendliest) person to work with.

We hired this countertop company (Renovate, LLC) to fabricate and install a new kitchen countertop…read moreand window sill in our newly remodeled kitchen. We visited their showroom to view their inventory and make a selection of quartz. All seemed well as we paid our initial deposit for the material and even scheduled a measuring so the stone could be cut to spec. Fast-forward about a month, the countertops were finally installed. Although we were out of town, we did have someone here to let the crew in and sign off on the job. Jennifer (who we'd been dealing with through the entire transaction and process) called that same day for the remainder of the payment. As I authorized this payment, I did let her know I was out of town and would not have eyes on the counters until we returned the coming weekend. She welcomed a call once we returned if there were any issues or questions. Low and behold, the first sight of the project we had upon arrival back at home was the incorrect countertop and damage from installation! I immediately called Jennifer to report these issues and was given the option for a refund of the difference or a full countertop replacement when they had time. We decided to live with the wrong countertops for a few days while we made our decision, which we chose to keep and opted for a refund of the overcharge during my next call to her. Now, clearly, we were charged a higher amount for a better quality countertop even though they fabricated and installed the wrong material. In the past 6 weeks since the installation, I've made numerous calls to their office and have spoken to Jennifer quite a few times in order to get the refund initiated so we can complete our kitchen remodel, which she has assured me twice were being processed. The most recent update I received is that their office cannot, in fact, issue a refund of a specific amount. What a joke!!! They aren't even familiar with their own purchase/refund policy! As far as I'm concerned, our kitchen remodel is not able to be completed until we finally get our fair refund and repair from this company. Please save yourself the headache and financial stress by not hiring Renovate, LLC for your next countertop purchase. This is predatory business practice at its best! Sadly, we were referred to this company by the cabinet company we used, so perhaps they are in cahoots. Either way, there are better and definitely more professional companies out there!
