At the end of the visit, they charged us the full $80, promising submit a claim to Aetna for reimbursement. In late January 2022, I called to check on the status of the claim. Lia told me that the $80 has gone towards our out-of-network deductible, so there would be no reimbursement. It turned out that Heritage is not in the Aetna network, so Lia had not been honest with me during our first phone call. We ended up spending $50 more than if we had gone to an in-network provider. The treatments have helped reduce and remove the pain I was feeling in my neck and back. Daisy has also given me herbs to help treat some other health issues (cold, flu, hormonal imbalances) to treat the root cause of my issues as opposed to masking the issue. Daisy is great because she always discusses the cause of my pain, and how the treatment is supposed to impact it. Dr. Lee is an amazing doctor who really cares and listens to you. She is very knowledgeable about…read morehuman anatomy and physiology, and works hard to see her patients. If you are suffering from a chronic condition she will fit you in, and she has a great personality. She specializes in helping chronic cases including sports injury, inflammatory disease, and immune syndromes that are rare. No illness puts her off and she will be honest with what she can do for you. What I like best about her is that she does not use toxic medications and is supportive even if you cannot use what usually works for other people. She will work with you until you are well, and if you relapse or develop a new medical issue she won't give up on you. I started off seeing her for Schoenfeld's Syndrome. Even though she was unfamiliar with it she believed me unlike another doctor (Dr. Shafai) at this practice. She treated me to remission in 10 weeks. When I got a concussion in a car accident she helped me through that. When I relapsed due to toxic medication she again treated me again. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been quite pleased with Dr. Kim. After suffering from pain and sciatica caused by lower back…read morepain for over a couple of months, I decided to try her. She treated me for severe inflammation which caused the inflammation by a combination of cupping, bleeding and acupuncture including electrodes in several of the needles. When I started treatment, I could only walk about 100 feet before pain and found it difficult to sleep. After three sessions, my inflammation was reduced to the degree that I could sleep soundly and walk a block without pain. After ten treatments, I was able to walk for up to six miles without pain She is a good listener, asks for feedback and great in finding the different connective points to treat the ailments. She is pleasant, professional and courteous. Her office is clean, she has several rooms for the patients and practices pandemic health practices.
