When you go to pay, they hound you for a minimum $20 tip. I'm fine paying that (I pay that amount and more anyways) but don't breathe down my neck while I'm checking out. Besides the service, the condition of the place is questionable. They put these plastic, dusty flowers on top of each massage table. In the rooms, there's artifacts filled with dust, dirty walls, and supplies on the ground. Those things should be packed away, not stored in the corner of the massage room. The pro is you'll get a pretty good massage. I've seen maybe five masseuses there and each time I got what I needed. All in all, I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. Clean the place and stop being so pushy!

I'm assuming I've gotten an inexperienced masseuse, hence, the not so great experience. - I have a sedentary job which requires me to sit long periods of time. This means I get all kinds of knots and tightness on my back and shoulders a lot. Because of this, I get massages bimonthly to loosen everything up. I frequent a different spot but wanted to try Annie's due to its location and also to support a small business. Price is very competitive, however, it wasn't the best experience for me. I've had much better massages before. The therapist acknowledged how tight and 'tired' my upper back and shoulders felt but just basically glided her hands all throughout with minimal pressure.
