We discussed putting up a Ring Floodlight in my driveway. His prices are more than fair. Other companies were charging some outrageous prices for the same amount of work. When he arrived he got straight to work, and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. I even asked him to fix a outlet in my home for me on short notice and he was able to do it. He even put up with my crazy family watching him do his work and my kids running around the house. If you need an electrician, you really don't need to look anywhere else. I'll definitely be hiring him for any of my electrical needs in the future. I spoke with him after the work was completed to find out he owned the business and that it was just him and two other electricians. It makes me feel good to know I'm supporting a small local business. Bonus points: We share the same name!

This was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. There is nothing scarier and weirder than a…read moreman who will not take no for an answer. I was charged $2807 to replace 6 outlets. Incredibly overpriced in my opinion along with other electrician company I contacted. But honestly that wasn't the main issue. This was maybe the most annoying and oddest consultation of my life. From the very beginning I was being very clear that I only wanted my outlets replaced, nothing else. I reiterated this verbally in person. The technician, kept on trying to sell me a membership and additional services. I would say "I just want my outlets fixed" and then he would completely ignore me and go on to sell me about replacing the circuits. This happened over and over again. I would say "please I don't want this service" and then he would just go right back to other services. I actually couldn't believe what was happening. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. For the 4th time, I was again very direct in not wanting any additional work. I literally said "I do not care for anything but the outlets". But he just didn't care and kept going for 15 minutes about working on my panel. Like oh my god, what is happening. It was additionally rude when I told him I was on a time crunch but then he still spent 30-40 mins creating an additional 4 quotes for the work that I insisted I didn't want. They straight up did not care about me and what I wanted. He kept saying I'm the top priority while also completely disregarding what I do not want. If a customer tells you to stop, please stop. I was incredibly upfront with the services that I wanted but this guy was on a mission to charge me $9356. I ultimately didn't continue with this company and reached out to another one who did the work for $300, which was the quote I also received from other electricians in the area. I truly do not know how they justify charging $2807 for only 6 outlets. Listen to the other reviewers. I had the same experience of the worker just looking for upgrades rather than what I called for. He spent nearly 20 minutes analyzing my electrical panels to see where he can charge me additional services after I just told him I only want the outlets. Stop trying to phrase this is for your customers when you blatantly ignore their needs and wants. This was such a weird experience and I lost $89 for the dispatch fee.

Luis is quite the knowledgeable electrician, but what I want to highlight in this review is his…read moreintegrity, which in my opinion is the most important aspect in working with someone. After some initial miscommunications about the job, things didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, but Luis, the company owner came out himself to make sure things were resolved. And even though the scope of the project increased, he insisted on completing the job at the original rate (although I'm not going to let him, because the scope had increased substantially, and that is clearly my own doing). When working with someone new, it's always a toss up on how things will go when unexpected difficulties arise, and I'm very pleased in how Luis does business. Six-stars! UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.

I was quoted $200 to install a Blink Wired Floodlight Camera and Blink Video Doorbell. Then, upon realizing there was no power to the light switch, the technician just left my old wires exposed after removing the old outdoor light fixture. Just moved in, so I wasn't sure what was going on with that switch. So I asked if he could fix it, while he was here. His response was "he had to call his boss to get an estimate and that it had to be done another day because it was too late." At this point the technician offered to install the Blink Video Doorbell for $100. I guess in his mind, it was half the work, so half the price... Again, I was given an estimate in person, the day before for installation of both. The Video Doorbell is maybe 1/8th of an inch off center. He did a decent enough job. For $100 to drill two holes, I would've liked it dead center. Then the next morning I received an email with an estimate for $525, to fix the power and install the floodlight.

Obviously I went with havePOWER, which was more than 4x cheaper than the highest quote I received. They completed the job within a few hours and the outcome was very professional and high quality.

Most importantly, the quality of the work the guys did was clean, fast and timely. They arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and made a great suggestion to place the charger a bit higher due to my garage dimensions. In about 2 hours they were done, no mess, no holes on the wall. Payment was easy. Can't recommend these guys enough!
