When I went to the dealership, they tried using my confirmation code to match the number on the board and said I didn't win and said they also ran out of earbuds to give to people who didn't win. I stated that the serial number determines the prize awarded, but they disagreed, even though it says it on the ad. When I was getting ready to leave, another employee talked to me and confirmed that it is the serial number you need to compare to the board, so no one at this place has the same information theyre sharing to people. Regardless, I made sure to compare the serial number to the board and didn't see a match either for some reason. My question is, What is the point of having the lottery card game and saying you need to match the symbols if it doesn't mean that you're going to win anything? That's false advertising. Additionally, I also called the "winners call" number (since I thought I won something since I had a match across on the lottery ticket) and entered in my confirmation code, and the line confirmed that I won a prize and it's been reserved, but why even have that number and make the person go through all these steps if the dealership says you lose anyway? Your ad is incredibly misleading and if you made tickets for everyone to "win" just so that they could come down to your dealership for a prize that doesn't exist, then that is super lame. If this is how your business operates, I can't imagine what sketchy "promotions" you'll lie to people about in order for them to buy a car. TLDR; business sent out lottery tickets and I got all 6 in a row; called the line and it confirmed I won a prize, went to dealership and they gave me incorrect information and also told me I didn't win anything and they ran out of consolation earbuds.

Carl repeatedly promised a detailed breakdown so I could review the math and warranty terms before driving down to the lot. Instead of providing the requested info, I was ghosted for days and then pressured to 'just swing by.' It's clear they were trying to hide the final numbers until I was physically there. If they can't provide a simple itemized breakdown after three days of asking, you have to wonder what else they are hiding about their cars. Zero stars for communication.

Based on that offer, I went to the dealership expecting a professional process. However, once I arrived, everything completely changed. I was told that because I work as a delivery driver, their financing companies would not approve me and that they would absolutely not sell me the vehicle, no matter what. I even asked if adding a co-owner with strong credit and making a larger down payment would help, but I was told it would make no difference and that they would never approve it.What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff and especially the manager. Despite my flawless payment history and proof of consistent payments, I felt dismissed, judged, and not treated with basic respect. The manager barely acknowledged us and made us feel like we were not even worth speaking to properly. If the online pre-qualification does not reflect reality, customers should not be encouraged to come in and waste their time. The lack of professionalism and poor customer treatment were extremely disappointing.

I have been a customer of Prestige for over a decade, but have to go on record to describe the unprofessional way I was treated and the mechanical mistake that was made. The mechanical mistake that was made was that after replacing the window regulator, the rear passenger side door was permanantly locked. It would not open manually or remotely. I discovered this the next day and called the shop. The unprofessionalism came from the owner, Brad, who first gave me a hard time about asking to be driven back to my house while they had the car for the repair. He tried to use COVID restrictions and the distance as reasons why he was not comfortable with this. I found this unusual because he has had someone take me to my place of work and even loaned me a car for the day in the past. The other unprofessional behavior came when I had to make a second trip to the shop due to the mechanic's error and was told it was too late in the day to have that error corrected, so I had to come back a third time. The last bit of poor customer service came when Brad did not respond to my email in which I expressed my disappointment in his 'attitude' and also reported that the mechanic had left black marks/stains on the rear seat when he had the car to correct his own mistake. There was no offer to see the stains, clean them or discount the service. I will be looking for another place to get my auto service.

He changed the pads and when they found the rotors couldn't be turned, he put on new at cost so it would stay with-in his quoted cost. Overall, great experience and very easy to work with. Before moving to Arizona, I was under the impression car batteries would last for 3 to 5 years because that's how long they lasted when I was growing up. In Tucson, the heat shorten the battery life significantly and so the forever program means they replaced the battery every other year, and I schedule an appointment for a new one. On this particular occasion, I brought my car in to get serviced as there was a recall on the fuel pump for my car and I was able to schedule an appointment at the day of my convenience. In the past I could work in the Customer Service area as they had a desk so you could set up your laptop at work. This day they ordered me Lyft to take me home, since the job was to take 4-5 hours. I was sent updated photos by text on the status of my car and a multi point inspection summary. After picking up my car, they actually called saying would I be interested in selling my car cause they wanted a car just like that, hoping to get me into a nicer newer one.. in the past when I have had to wait they have ice cream in the lobby for free for patron so silly as it may seem I always seem like excited to see that ice cream cooler. John and Corey have always been very nice and professional in the service department. In the past with other dealerships I dreaded getting my car serviced but here they really want me as a customer for life. The employees are sure to make sure I've been helped.

Since then, it has been replaced twice with what they now claim were 40-month batteries, yet each one lasted only about a year. It's extremely disappointing to see a Honda dealership in Tucson rely on practices that feel misleading and take advantage of customers.

Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well.
