2005 Mustang GT Bought at Goliath Auto Sales in Tucson, Arizona. Thanks Chris & Paul!
    Juliana W.

I am thrilled with my new car! We bought the car from California because they had the exact car I was looking for! They did a full inspection, made repairs to the car, gave us a complete breakdown of everything on the inspection, handled the financing paperwork, came in on a Saturday when we flew into Tucson to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. It was a red 2005 GT Mustang, you can eat off the engine it is so clean inside. They picked us up at our airport hotel. Chris was great he was our salesman, and Paul was the owner and handled all the financing and sales. We drove the car off the lot and drove 15 hours back to California. It is a gem. The whole experience was great from start to finish more importantly the car is fantastic and was a great price. If I were to buy another used car I would go to Goliath in Arizona again. They are so trust worthy!!!

The offer email says one thing, but we ended up needing more documentation and having to make several trips to finalize the transaction. Based on that offer, I went to the dealership expecting a professional process. However, once I arrived, everything completely changed. I was told that because I work as a delivery driver, their financing companies would not approve me and that they would absolutely not sell me the vehicle, no matter what. I even asked if adding a co-owner with strong credit and making a larger down payment would help, but I was told it would make no difference and that they would never approve it.What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff and especially the manager. Despite my flawless payment history and proof of consistent payments, I felt dismissed, judged, and not treated with basic respect. The manager barely acknowledged us and made us feel like we were not even worth speaking to properly. If the online pre-qualification does not reflect reality, customers should not be encouraged to come in and waste their time. The lack of professionalism and poor customer treatment were extremely disappointing.

When I went to the dealership, they tried using my confirmation code to match the number on the board and said I didn't win and said they also ran out of earbuds to give to people who didn't win. I stated that the serial number determines the prize awarded, but they disagreed, even though it says it on the ad. When I was getting ready to leave, another employee talked to me and confirmed that it is the serial number you need to compare to the board, so no one at this place has the same information theyre sharing to people. Regardless, I made sure to compare the serial number to the board and didn't see a match either for some reason. My question is, What is the point of having the lottery card game and saying you need to match the symbols if it doesn't mean that you're going to win anything? That's false advertising. Additionally, I also called the "winners call" number (since I thought I won something since I had a match across on the lottery ticket) and entered in my confirmation code, and the line confirmed that I won a prize and it's been reserved, but why even have that number and make the person go through all these steps if the dealership says you lose anyway? Your ad is incredibly misleading and if you made tickets for everyone to "win" just so that they could come down to your dealership for a prize that doesn't exist, then that is super lame. If this is how your business operates, I can't imagine what sketchy "promotions" you'll lie to people about in order for them to buy a car. TLDR; business sent out lottery tickets and I got all 6 in a row; called the line and it confirmed I won a prize, went to dealership and they gave me incorrect information and also told me I didn't win anything and they ran out of consolation earbuds.

Instead of providing the requested info, I was ghosted for days and then pressured to 'just swing by.' It's clear they were trying to hide the final numbers until I was physically there. If they can't provide a simple itemized breakdown after three days of asking, you have to wonder what else they are hiding about their cars. Zero stars for communication.

They have a nice small area for used tires and they are separated in sizes so that you can pick what you need. The have a small area that has cars for sale. Moderately priced nothing g too crazy. Sometimes people donate cars and the yard will turn around and sell them, these are good quality used cars and they are really nice too. There was one time when I once saw a 1994 honda prelude. I was like oh em gee, but I didn't have 1,500 dollars in my bank account. But I digress. Ok so on today's adventure I was looking for three different vehicles. 1. A 2002 eclipse. 2. A 1997 CRV. 3. And a 2002 honda Accord. I found all of them and I took an inventory of parts that I need and where I can find them. I didn't purchase anything that day but I know that the car I need to pick parts off of is there. The gentleman that work At the front of the counter have a hood inventory of the cars in stock so if you don't feel like taking a little drive you can call and ask. I took several pictures because I noticed that there was none on here. I would highly recommend. Check 'em out. It's a hidden gem in north Tucson.

The GM, Mr. Stewart, was very kind and professional, and the best salesman of all time has to be Ryan Moore. Ask for him if you go there -- incredibly smart, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. However, if there's any talk about a manager and you hear the name Loui/Louis... run the other direction. A previous manager had already given us a lower number, but once Loui realized the earlier offer , he refused to honor it. Instead of working with us, he let his ego get in the way, walked out of the conversation, and because of that, we didn't buy the car that day. Ironically, we called the next day, explained the situation, and they fixed the price anyway. So Loui, if you're reading this... guess who got the price you said was impossible? Moral of the story: Precision Toyota = great. Mr. Stewart = great. Ryan Moore = the GOAT. Loui = no bueno

Kristen has a heart of gold. She resolved 3 issues I encountered after purchasing my pre-owned car, all to my complete satisfaction! I had to escalate my issues to the General Manager & she represented him well. David M., the Sales Manager, ignored several messages I left and we rubbed one another the wrong way. He was arrogant and extremely impatient with me. I would NEVER purchase a car from Precision Toyota again, mainly bc of David's abrupt nature. Izzy (sales) was not available when I made an appointment w/him, nor did he notify me that he wouldn't be in that day. Very frustrating & poor use of my time! Lastly, the stability of the car was an issue, but Toyota did fix the problem. Just (again) a poor use of my time! I was at the dealership at least 5 times! Ridiculous!
