Big damn headache just to get the part and they sell me the wrong one!!!!!! I thought this place was too good to be true because it was!!!!!!!!
I was told about this place from a friend of a friend. He stated he purchased a part at a low price and had it by the next day. I thought to myself, well hell I can't beat that. So I went in and purchased a fuel pump for my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Now honestly I couldn't beat the price $112 with tax was a steal. I was told it was in stock in Phoenix and it would be in the next day and I could come get it. I'm female and always afraid to be taken advantage of due to me gender and I thought with our initial meeting this might be one of those times they don't screw me over. Well, that horse was shot in the face the very next day.
Called the next day to check and see if it had arrived because I live a good 15 miles from the yard. The gentleman who answered the phone put me on hold for a good 8 minutes which was the least of my concern. He then came back and said it hadn't come in with the shipment. He promised then he would have it by the next day. Low and behold the next day it still wasn't there. I then asked what was the hold up and he told me he'd call and then call me back. Well he didn't bother himself to call back so after 2hrs of waiting I called. The gentleman explained there was an issue with the purchase and they didn't see I had paid for it. He told me he sent them my receipt and they would have it by the end of the day. Another lie. It finally arrived 2 days after it was promised and they didn't even bother to call me to tell me it was in. The gentleman when I picked it up told me the reason the part took so long was because apparently they did not have it in Phoenix and they had to wait for a shop in Texas to send one out. Now I don't know about you, but when you're on the phone and they say they have in stock and they'll send it out by the next day and then suddenly they don't have one that to me says poor customer service.
Had they called me to keep me updated, check when it first did not arrive, or offer me any sort of apology for the delay I would have given them a better review. They knew from the beginning that I need to fuel pump ASAP because I was moving in 4 days and I was short on time to actually put it in my truck. I can honestly tell you I will not be going back nor will recommend them to anyone. They did not care about me or the fact that I was inconvenienced by the delay. And having one person say it was in stock, another telling me they didn't see I paid for it, and a third telling me that they had to get it from Texas tells me they don't have a clue what they are doing and apparently lie when they screw up. Horrible customer service and false promises covered by lies. This company needs to care for their customers more and less about themselves. They tell you they will call you but never do. Apparently it's too much of a hassle to keep their customers informed. Totally disappointed.
So today I discovered they sold me the wrong damn pump. So on top off the poor customers service they also can't even fix my truck because they are incapable of doing their jobs. Don't go to this shop, save yourself the headache and the suffering and shop elsewhere!!!!!! read more
