I didn't have an appointment, but I went in during the week at a good time and they were able to take me right away. I think I only waited about 45 minutes, maybe even less. They have coffee available while you wait, and the overall experience is always pleasant. The location is convenient for me, right on the corner of Ina and Oracle, so getting in and out is easy. Reliable service, fast turnaround, and friendly people. I keep coming back because they make the process stress-free.

Went here to get brakes inspected and an oil change. I called ahead to make sure they'd have time…read morefor me, but ended up waiting over four hours for them to change my rear brakes. No one updated us while we waited for hours on end. Once they finished the brakes, they said they heard a noise when backing up the car. They had to then remove the brakes and rotors again and reassemble it. They couldn't figure out what was causing the noise. They said they'd need to keep the car overnight so we took an uber home at our own expense. At this point the dinner I'd prepared in the crock pot had completely burned since we never planned to be gone that long and we were beyond tired. On the drive home in the uber they called to say the noise was now gone and the car was fine. We still had to wait until the following morning to pick up my car, and when we did they were less than apologetic. After paying over $600 and driving off, I realized my turn signals no longer make any sound. I then notice that my radio and Bluetooth no longer will make any noise. They clearly disconnected something while working on the car and now I am stuck with yet another problem. I told them I was planning to sell this vehicle soon and now I have another issue to get fixed. I will not be coming back here and neither should you. BUYER BEWARE! These people are inept and don't give a damn about you! You'll leave with more problems than you came in with.

If you're going to assure someone that their car will be fixed, you should replace all of the hoses in correlation with that. I most likely will not be back to this location specifically.

Since they (BBT) spotted my rear brakes defects i came back for the work to be done, brake pads n…read morerotors. I Assume calipers are still fine, BUT. And while we have it on the lift let's check the fronts , since the age is the same. A 2014 Prius and this is the first time around for Brakes. That is rated exceptional and the end of the mileage range for life of brakes on a Prius. A Prius has a longer brake life because they are part of the battery charging system. If i need to, i can do the rear today and the front in another few days. Driving, we perceive no braking issues. This is a peace of mind thing, and if we trade it or sell it this year, it will be a plus. The Tires are new. Update only the rear had to be done , Front, zero issue and with military discount and one other the quote dropped 130.00. That's very good. Actually feel the new difference. And i no longer feel a problem is looming This could easily be my place to go for tire things
