I went in for a basic rotation, and ended up with the greatest service I could've been offered. Ronnie, and the team- THANK YOU.

The manager and staff at this Tucson location were incredible! Arrived without an appointment at 7:40 and they balanced my front tires which were purchased in Peoria but not balanced correctly.. also a phoenix Discount had me waiting for over 1 1/2 hours with an appointment and I had to leave. I was blown away by this Tucson store and I was back in my car at 7:55! Who provides service like this these days? AWESOME read more

Day before yesterday i stopped by for the free air check. I knew i had a slow leak on one tire. The Rep did a close inspection and found an imbedded screw. He filled up the air and i ll get it taken care of. Good Eye. Thank you. Question finally solved. read more

This place is nuts. They always insist on going extra. It is pretty awesome but be prepared. I bought some tires and figured I would get my air leak fixed while the tires were not coming until a few more days. Guys put a free loaner tire on my car because they didn't like the safety profile of doing a repair that only needed to last about three days and 50 miles of low speed driving. I even insisted it was not necessary. Great value because it was no additional charge. read more

If you make an appointment you need to honor the appointment and complete a flat repair in less than an hour. You should not make your problems your customers problem. If you can't you need to tell your customer at check in. It's just plain rude to not honor an appointment. Lots of places to buy tires. read more

This location lost the branded parts to my car when they put new tires on and said they would order it and never did. Called them multiple times in the past few months and they promised they will get it done and never do. I even texted them videos of the missing parts like they asked. And still nothing. Do not recommend this location. I will be going somewhere else. read more

Ronny, the assistant manager at the Oracle location, was GREAT! I had a couple different questions but especially had a problem with my newly installed windshield wipers. Oh my gosh, Ronnie spent all the time it took to find windshield wipers that fit better. He would not give up trying different sets- until he found wipers that fit perfectly. Much appreciated. Besides his dedication to precision, he was also a really nice guy! Thank you!! read more

This five star review is for the Discount on W Ina Road. My one star for North Oracle stands. I've previously never had issues with Discount until my dealings with the manager at the North Oracle location which earned them one star. After I walked out of the North Oracle shop I drove over to the west Ina location and talked to Lenny the manager. He was able to resolve the issue immediately, unlike the month plus that the Manager at North Oracle failed to do so and was very professional. This is the Discount location for me from now on. read more

No point making an appointment here because you'll still sit and wait for an hour until car is taken in. This is third time we've done this and it seems to make no difference if you have an appointment. We love Discount Tire as they always take care, but we will not visit this location again. Poor service. read more

Love the tire pressure service , quick and easy. And they give you some tire feedback. My pressure only a little low. The value is when you need tires you know where to go! read more

Discount tires They provide a valuable community service by giving you free tire checks and air. I'm sure all of us are more interested in going to a place that does something for you when we start to look at buying tires for our car. Once you get your vehicle information they'll have a record of the history of your tire use and temperatures and let you know how much longer they think before you need tires. Even though there's no charge for the service I always tip the staff five bucks. If you're traveling I believe this is a service that they offer it all discount tires nationwide. read more

Discount Tire - Back entrance - Tires Near Me - Oro Valley, Arizona

Purchased four new tires for 2019 vehicle. Price was comparable to Big O Tires and they were in stock. Tires were installed that same day. Receipt was to be emailed but never arrived. (Was told today by different associate that their email system doesn't work well. He tried again today but...nothing...so I have to go back to get the paperwork...) Picking up vehicle: My four metal valve caps got lost in the switch and instead I found only three plastic replacements. The original salesman nicely replaced them all with metal but then put them on very loosely which I tightened. No big deal I suppose but...come on! Richard Rohrbough read more

Good location. Friendly staff, good prices, quality work done. Only thing that irked me was I had an appointment and yet still had to wait in line with all the walk ins, had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to get the process started. But - once it did it went great. read more

This is a top-notch outfit! Stopped in today to get my tires rotated. They noticed my wiper blades were worn and one was even actually falling apart. They offered to put a new pair on. When I balked a little at the price, I was told if I found a lower priced pair online, they'd match it, which they did with a smile! I believe I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I can't say enough good things about it. I think the young man who assisted me was named Lane. Courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating and all with a smile. What more could you want? THANKS, Lane and Discount Tire for your wonderful service! read more

Very shady experience, my tires are 2 years old. I came in to have a nail removed that is located in the center of the tread and plug the hole. The 1st rep looks at all my tires and asks me probing questions on how I use my vehicle, this is obviously to get info to use to attempt to sell me which he does when we go back inside. He says all my tires should be replaced, I decline and say I just want the repair, then he tries again with Labor Day weekend savings sales pitch...I decline again and ask for the repair. He begrudgingly accepts this and my vehicle goes into the bay for the repair. A few minutes later a new rep approaches me and says "we care about your safety and that tire is too dangerous, so you will have to replace it" wow these guys will stop at nothing to get a sale. I tell him actually all my tires are still under warranty with Ford and I only came here to Discount Tire to plug the hole because I live close by. I tell him I will go to Ford now to take care of this and I will be making contact with their district manager about this shady experience. This rep walks away and a few minutes later the store manager Anthony approaches and says he put a new tire on at no charge, I didn't want or ask for that. this seems obvious that once they tried to strong arm me to make a purchase by claiming that tire was dangerous they had no other way out. Not a good morning and I won't be back. read more

Had a flat tire and went for a repair. The rep told me that it had a small nail and they will not be able to repair it. The option I was given was to replace all of the 4 tires. What was surprising was when asked why 4 tires needs replacement I was told becoz it's an AWD car, all 4 tires needs replacement. Beware ..,this place is rip off. It seems they prey on ppl and give false information to make money. read more

These guys saved the day! Jacob was amazing, late in a Saturday I got a flat tire... they got me in right at 5pm... found two tires for my Tesla... But the real story is how great this company is! I had called the other store that was closed, but didn't have the tires I needed. The manager from the other store followed me though, made sure all was good!!!! I LOVE DISCOUNT TIRES... no competition among stores .. so smart. read more

I had a great experience. Everything was running smoothly and I got a set of very high quality tires.

came in and got 4 tires today. Seth was extremely rude and disrespectful. Was told we would be in and out quickly. waited over an hour and a half. Tried to get keys to go to another location and was told "it's coming in soon" over and over for about 45 minutes. Terrible customer service and management. Will not be coming back read more

Excellent service from John! Thank you. This location was very busy. Glad I called ahead, and spoke to a very professional Jacob who gave me the estimate for wheels/rims. People everywhere. Workers in red, and black shirts bustling about. At first it was overwhelming, until John helped me. John has excellent customer service, really helpful, very friendly and sincerely cares. John explained everything got my desired wheels to the location, from another location, within an hour. And, made sure my car went into the auto bay with no delay. I got auto SMS messages for every step of the wait. The only thing is, I had to ask for my factory rims back. And, after asking got the impression I was the one in a million. 5 stars across the board. Love the new rims. read more

I called and spoke to Gavin regarding the purchase of wheels and tires for my husbands truck as a Christmas present. This process was extremely foreign to me. He was very helpful in helping me choose a proper tire and rim based on what I wanted the outcome to be. He helped me from start to finish and was very knowledgeable and efficient. The tires and rims look great on the truck and my husband absolutely loved it! Gavin was wonderful, and his customer service and patience should not go unnoticed, he went above and beyond! read more

Extremely Inconsiderate of Customer's Time. Came in for a tire rotation and was told the wait would be 1 1/2 hours or less. Two hours later my vehicle wasn't even in the bay yet. I had to leave to make another appointment so my tires remain unrotated. read more

I was told 2 weeks ago I needed 2 new wheels..not tires on the front of my 2010 Dodge Charger. I was told they put sealant and aired them up but it was a temporary fix. I normally am pretty pleased with Discount Tire, but am chafing a bit after waiting here for 3 hours--after being told the new tires would be hoisted on and I'd be on my way in 2 and a half hours, at the worse. I hate to have to spend the better part of a day to get a new set of tires put on. I'm not asking for, "Nascar fast", but this is asking a lot of patience from the customer. I hope this is me just catching them on an off day. read more

The original 1 Star "Held Hostage" review below has been upgraded to 5 Stars because of the Herculean efforts of Issac and the store management. Immediately after I posted the review below, all hands were on deck to accommodate my needs. They were and are appreciated. HELD HOSTAGE BY DISCOUNT TIRES They won't let me leave!!! New tires installed at closing Thursday night. Friday morning one of the new tires was low. Today is my day off (Saturday). I drove over and the expected tire pressure of 35 lbs was down to 5 lbs. Now they're telling me I have to wait until there's an open appointment block. "It'll be an hour." They won't add air so I can complete my errands, saying once below 15 lbs they can't air up a tire. I cannot leave and must wait until they can fit me in. I've been using Discount Tires for years and am probably going to use Costco from now on. Very Disappointed!!! read more

Made an appointment almost a week out to have a brand new tire mounted on car. Got there at 10 am, checked in and was told it would take an hour, which seemed a little extravagant. But I waited about 45 minutes and then went up and asked if they were about done. They had not even pulled my car into the bay. I waited another 15 minutes before it was pulled into the bay to get the tire changed. It took a half hour to put on a brand new tire. finally Left my 10 am appointment at 11:30 with nothing more than sorry about that. Terrible service. If you go there, check on your car every 15 minutes. read more

I just want to say that Jacob went above and beyond and his customer service with me. There was a miscommunication about whether a tire of mine was covered under warranty, and he was very helpful in clearing it up. I'm giving this location 2 stars due to salesman and installer incompetence. I've actually been coming to this location for several years now, but out of the 6 times or so I've bought tires here, I've only had two good experiences. At this location, I've had installers forget to torque down my lug nuts, resulting in me having to pull over while working after picking my car up from having new tires installed. I had my vehicle towed home due to weird noises coming from my wheel area. After inspecting my car once I got home, I noticed two lug nuts were missing, and two other were almost backed out. I did contact Discount Tire about this, but they questioned how that happened, and almost didn't want to help me out. In the end, I got new lug nuts for free from them, but this incident put me out of a $200 work day, along with a $130 tow charge! Upsetting at the least. My most recent experience here was with the salesman. I had two tires delivered to them after purchase. They arrived. The salesman inspected my car. The two tires that have the least tread are the rears, and the salesman insisted I replaced the fronts. I told him no, I would like my tears replaced as they are worn more than the front, and also have leaks due to several nails in them. He still tried to "sale" me on the idea that the fronts should be replaced. Look, I know my car more than you! Stop telling me what you want me to do and listen to me when I say what I want done!! Salesman seemed to be in a hectic mood and all over the place, hence why he wasn't listening to me. I just don't feel confident in this location for them to care about my car more than do a sale. Other locations have been excellent. This one not so much. But it's the closest one to my home, which I why I continue to be dumb and come back here. I don't recommend this location, but I do recommend Discount Tire company. read more

Don't let the name fool you. Discount Tire was nothing but professional, super attentive & very friendly. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. I had a nail in my tire. I'll certainly be back. read more

Discount Tire is pretty much THE place to go for all your tire needs, but I was especially impressed with the service at this location. First off, if you aren't having a tire emergency and can do so, make an appointment online or on the phone. They get very busy and that will save you a ton of time. I started off my Wednesday morning with a flat tire. I knew my tires were aging and would need replacing soon and I had apparently let my fronts go too long, so I pulled into this location before they opened and signed in online using the QR code they had posted on the door. So even though there was a line of people waiting outside when they opened at 8, I was served first. My vehicle was inspected right away and the technician let me know my front tires were toast and my rears would need replacement soon as well. I decided to bite the bullet on a set of four and got $110 off a set of Michelins, so it was not as expensive as I was anticipating. I was out the door in 24 minutes with four new tires. Later in the day, I noticed a noise coming from my driver's side front tire, so I returned to the same location, making an appointment online, which greatly reduced my wait time as they were incredibly busy. The technician discovered a piece of my old tire that was wrapped up in there and removed it. They also discovered a grease leak when they removed the tire, which they couldn't diagnose (as they aren't auto mechanics), but had they not noticed that, I would've continued driving a car with a cracked CV boot, which could've caused me more trouble later. read more

These guys are great. Shop there and they will take care if you. I ordered wheels for my Jeep and they looked them up and ordered them for me and they arrived quickly. They installed them on my vehicle the same day I was notified that they had received them.
