In my most recent visit there were 5 days of confusion and excuses and miscommunication. Yes, on day 5 I pulled my car without completion of one of the repairs, leaving with a bill of $379 to change my oil and coolant, and including $100+ to test for coolant leaks when nobody said there were coolant leaks. At BEST a miscommunication. When I complained the manager blamed me! I pulled the car. When I said I would Yelp, he said "We'll just blame you in our response". Car maintenance is a speedily inflating necessity. I need better service.
