I called later and wanted to request the notes and photo and the front office lady that answered was extremely rude. She told me it would be like 5-7 day turn around and I explained to her that it was an urgent matter because the doctor saw something in the photo of her eyes and was looking up sickle cell and that I had a doctor's appointment the following day, so I needed the records. Even after I explained the urgency she said there were people in front of me also requesting records. Later that day she emailed me stating it would be $25 for the notes from that visit. I wasn't requesting complete records I just needed the notes from that visit so I could provide the doctor with the notes. I definitely will not be going back. This is highly unprofessional.

After this I was then asked to wait in the lobby. At 2.40 (my appt was 1.40) I still hadn't been seen (A full hour after my appointment time). I left. I explained why and was told 'Sorry about that'...no explanation as to why I had had to wait so long. I had been going there for glasses for years and they have previously been decent but sadly I'm done with waiting that length of time. People have lives and things to do. I don't set aside an entire afternoon for a routine eye exam. Extremely disappointed but I doubt I'll be back.
