Had a free introductory exam & adjustment thru dental office so figured I'd try it out. I kind of wish I'd gone on line right after the the exam and before believing absolutely everything I was told and also wish I'd been assigned to Dr. T. Anyway, the exam & pitch were exactly what I found online after my visit and having paid for a package. I don't usually do stuff like that. I felt a bit concerned. Don't get me wrong. I have no concerns about the quality of care they provide!!! At the initial exam I asked the male chiro (he has since left) if I could have a print out of that test he did so I could show it to my neurologist and he looked like a deer in headlights. He said neurologists don't usually like chiropractics. He couldn't print the results and invited me to take a picture with my phone. I thought that was kind of weird. He scared me with what he was showing me on the screen and I didn't understand how the instrument actually gave him the info. He was very nice & taught me exercises and gave me tips for how to sit and walk to prevent further injury. One thing that was pretty strange was when he used the adjuster tool, he would use it on the outside of my running shoe in addition to the spots that made sense. What??? The massage therapist was nice and asked for feedback about what muscles to concentrate on and pressure and such. I did comment that the room was too warm. It started to annoy me and I also felt he was too close to me when working on upper body and that distracted me. Who doesn't want a massage? I got where I didn't want it. He is very good at what he does & gave me exercises as well. Just not for me. When the chiropractor quit, there was no follow-up with me about who would take over and what services I was owed. The staff kept telling me that they were contacting my insurance but, though extremely nice & competent, I never heard any more about it. I have been going here regularly for almost a year now. Each of the chiropractors I have seen does a wonderful job on the adjustment and were very friendly and personable. I have seen many chiropractors since I started having back spasms at age 13, and so far this is probably my favorite office. Even down to the office staff, everyone is very nice and seems concerned with working appointments around your schedule. Since I work 2 jobs, one overnight and one during the day, finding a time that works can sometimes be tricky, but they are always willing to worn something out, even if I have to come in 10 minutes before open. As far as adjustments go, the 2 doctors I have seen were very thorough and gentle as well. Not quite as much tenderness as when I have left other offices after an adjustment. They were always more than happy to take me to another side room and show me exercises I can do at home to help maintain my adjustments, as well as print out a packet for me to take home for reference. All of this, at still half the cost of many other places. If you are looking for a friendly, long term chiropractic office that fits your budget, this is the place for you! read more

A co-worker mentioned This place to me about a year ago and said it was one of the few places he would trust to go to for a message. Well when my daughter, who plays lots of sports, mentioned to me she needed a message, I figured we would give them a shot. She absolutely loved the experience and has been back several times in the last 6 months. When I decided to get a massage, I came to them. It was easy to schedule an appointment, friendly staff, clean environment. I would recommend Kyle the masuese, he is amazing at what he does. Definitely two thumbs up!! read more

Found a cheap groupon to try new chiropractic services after being released of 20 + plus visits from another dr earlier this year bc of a car accident. I let this place know what I was dealing w and what my needs were. I mentioned needing help between visits and if I could get some suggestions on how to maintain my wellness while awhile. I told both ppl who helped me... First was the examiner and second my masseus. Neither showed me anything and both mentioned they would then during service mentioned this will be told in my next visit. I understand what I paid for but didn't receive what I asked. No biggie. Now I paid for an hour massage. Didn't time it but I believe I got somewhat what I paid for. Now the service I received seemed somewhat short of great experience. The room was inviting and warm, literally. Which was good for me bc it was chilly out. Serene music made it seem like the visit would be relaxing and calming. Instead my masseus who's name I forgot ... Couldn't been handed a business card or something to take while there but received none... Back to what happened while the table I was being worked on was squeaking I felt like it would break for the pressure. Maybe he thought so too and carried on conversation about too much of his personal life on how he came to America. It was fine I tried to engage I conversation since he was trying but was hard laying on my stomach w deep pressure on my body. It was annoying he went on and on about things I cared less about...then mentioned he was surprised I didn't ask where he was from . I didn't care. I was concern on my health and trying to listen to the music but he kept yapping . Conversation was not professional and feel they can work on what they are doing. Scary away customers. I would go back for his strength but feel uncomfortable coming back paying for a conversation I shouldn't have to have. On my way out I wanted to rebook an adjustment which everyone insisted strongly I get same day ... I know the game of up selling and felt pushed. Instead I would come again and knew a date ... The. Was asked for my credit card number. Made me chicken so I will just think about calling back. Though I haven't a card not really was invited back so well see what I need soon. I did mention to all who helped me that I was looking for longterm. Maybe they just wanted the tip for the day from me. Would've been more if it hadn't been for that conversation. Le sigh. read more

So this place offers on groupon right now for a trial deal. I figured I would check it out and see what it was all about. I bought the voucher and very quickly scheduled my appt. However, they schedule you out two months down the road once they figure out you have a groupon voucher. They aren't worried about getting you in, they are simply worried about running your voucher expiration date out. If you don't want to participate in a groupon deal then just don't do it. Wish I had checked here first regarding the Groupon purchase. As happens, things come up and I have to prioritize my schedule. With plenty of notice of I called to reschedule my massage Groupon. However Lifetime Spines informed me that it's value was henceforth forfeited, and should I care to reschedule the $98 full price would be the cost. Lifetime Spines wouldn't even honor the $30 value to subtract from the full price. If this is their business practice, I can only assume the massages must suck too. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a massage. I had to use a sick day at work to be able to afford it. I get a call from Lifetime Spines Chiropractic office to confirm my appointment - I say I will be there. I then get a text a few days later, "To confirm your appointment, text back 3" - I text back, 3. Then I show up for my appointment and the office is closed! I call, and the voicemail says, email us. I open my email and see a message from them, "you didn't confirm your appointment so we cancelled it." Bullshit, I confirmed twice! These people expect 20 forms of confirmation or they dump you. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - JUST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL EXPECT YOUR FIRST BORN BABY AS COLLATERAL. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! read more

I was so nervous about starting chiropractic care, but I had tried everything for my back pain and nothing else worked. Dr T put me at ease with her friendly manner, and she took time during the 1st assessment to explain the treatment protocol. I went to Lifetime Spines a year ago for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. The chiropractor was awesome and the massage therapist was excellent. Really helped. My husband was so excited to see a groupon from them for 2 1hr massages and bought it for me for Mother's Day this year. However when I called to make the appointment for the massages they told me "new patients only". Nowhere on the groupon did they specify that. Lifetime would NOT honor the groupon, even though it was clearly not my error, but theirs. They said I could put the amount paid toward 1 massage. We are now trying to get a refund from groupon. That is horrible customer service. They should honor what we bought and eat it if they have to. So disappointed. Guess I'm going to use my time and money elsewhere. read more
