It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. Can't recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.

He came by, diagnosed what was going on, explained to me in detail his plan to fix the carpet, and was in and out in under 60 minutes at a very, very reasonable price. The carpet looks good as new! More than happy with the results. Definitely reach out to Krystian for your flooring needs. He's easy to talk to, respectful and honest, and above all, does great work. We just finished a full kitchen renovation…read morein our 1925 condo and Francisco handled all the tile -- a beveled subway tile backsplash and a penny round floor with a black penny border. Both turned out absolutely beautiful. What stood out to us was his precision. The penny round floor with the border detail is not easy work, and the lines are crisp and perfectly laid throughout. The backsplash is clean and even, with grout lines that are consistent everywhere you look. He clearly takes pride in the craft and doesn't cut corners. He was also professional, tidy, and respectful of our home the whole time he was here -- no small thing during a big renovation. He showed up when he said he would and kept the workspace clean. We couldn't be happier with the result and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Francisco!
