The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. In 2015 I was planning to move abroad. I rented out my house and put all the belongings that I was…read morekeeping in storage with Jones. I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.

My parents had another move already scheduled with them different gentlemen showed up this time thank goodness but before they even started moving they asked for their tip! I've tried to contact the office several times especially about the first gentleman's behavior cuz it was almost abusive and nobody answers and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I'm guessing cuz they don't want these type of phone calls. The three men today said that the company tells them to ask for the tip In the beginning and my parents did buy them lunch as well and I was going to let it go but this is the second horrible experience in the first one the man was actually verbally abusive to a degree where I had to actually stick up for myself and yell. If they did a good job it might be worth it but I'm not sure that any of them actually are experienced in this I've had several moves myself and have never witnessed people dropping furniture like this or asking for a tip or being rude. I know I can't act like that at my job that's for sure!

This is probably the 100th time I'm commenting about this service. They are terrible at what they…read moredo. We've been trying to reach them for months, no response. We paid for the service and the insurance, yet all they do is ignore the delays, the broken items, and the damage they caused. We left voicemails, emailed multiple times, and submitted messages through the portal's help section, and still nothing. At this point, we need to escalate this because almost everything they moved or stored came back lost, broken, or damaged. We're not letting them get away with this.
