I read the fine print and…read moreunderstood the drop off policies and the filling up of the gas, and the mileage because I asked questions to make it clear to me and I double confirm it with Uhaul Corporate as well as the the local businesses that works with Uhaul for the pick up and drop off of its trucks to make sure all parties are on the same page. When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

So, I called the facility and let them know that I would not be staying or transferring to another unit and that I would be, in fact, ending my rental and would be out by the end of the month. Estimating, that I would return to Orlando between November 15th and November 20th to vacate my unit. 4 days later... ( SpongeBob reference) I received a phone call about when I would be out of the unit apparently they had notes in the system because when the representative saw them she apologized and ended the call. I was out of my storage unit completely on November 19, 2025 at 19:20 hours. I took photos showing my unit, clean and empty. Let's see if there are any issues. Because this place is "sketchy as hell" let's see if they try to charge me despite my letter of them asking me to vacate by a said date, which I did. I also switched my payment method to a debit card that has $5 on it. So let's see if the games begin.....

The other truck was too big for either end of my move hence the fact I RESERVED A 15' TRUCK! They were happy to make me drive in morning traffic to Altamonte to get the size truck I reserved and acted like it was just around the corner. THANKS U-HAUL FOR RUINING A WELL PLANNED DAY ... YOU COST ME SO MUCH AND DID SO LITTLE! Look elsewhere ... These folks suck!
