I left numerous voicemail messages and Jim refuses to answer the telephone. This is not how you do business with people. I'll find another roofing contractor and I suggest you do the same.

A roof inspector told us the best course of action would be to rip up the old roof and completely redo it, since water could have been leaking in from multiple places and he found numerous other issues with the roof. We got quotes from two different roofers. Richard's Roofing (Jim) was great. They showed up the next day after I called with samples of what they would be putting down on the roof, understood our concerns about mold/rot damage and best of all, we were scheduled in as an "emergency" case and got a new roof within a week of signing the contract.
