However my review is regarding the most outstanding service I received at this store from Jacob and Sebastian. Beginning with their extensive knowledge in helping with making the right selections for my project, to the speedy delivery of my tiles which had to be special ordered, twice, the support and assistance in dealing with the mistakes and delays made by my contractor. Without their genuine concern, and taking the time to understand the scope of the problems we were having, I don't think my fireplace would have been completed at all. This particular Tile Shop is not just a regular store with people at the register, it is a place where the customers really do matter. Be sure to ask for Jacob or Sebastian.

However, they sold us over $8,000 worth of tile when we actually needed only $5,000. Then they refused to take the extra back even though we complied with their return policy. We've reached out twice now for satisfaction and they haven't responded (TS, you have my phone number. You know who I am. Please call). Judging from other reviews on this site, apparently they mistreat a lot of their Customers. Now we're stuck with $3,000 worth of new tile that we can't do anything with. So, don't buy anything from this place unless you want to spend a few grand on unused ceramic that's going to gather dust in your basement for thirty years.

I had a pretty good idea of what the cost would be for tile. I was shocked to say the least of the cost of these tiles!!!! I've been working with the Tile Bar (online) and they have similar tiles (from Italy, Spain, etc) these tiles were $14 sq ft and back splashes were $18 sq ft. Sure, they had cheaper tiles but they are nothing you couldn't find at Home Depot or anywhere else. The sales person was friendly and helpful. I could sense they make commission due to the high prices and friendliness of the staff. The bathroom was stinky and gross. The feminine product basket was full to the top. That doesn't happen inone day. That was definitely a disappointment especially for the area and price point.

The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company.
