Amazing service and very nice ladies working here. I usually walk in on Sundays and there's mostly always available nail techs ready to help me. My friend and I wanted to get a design and all the ladies were able to help make it happen! The salon is super clean and the decor is nice. I love coming here!
Right when they first opened I started coming for the top notch pedicure service they offer with extra massage which I was very happy after every visit. I recently got Gel-X fill set with manicure and I was super pleased (I showed them an IG photo that had a lot of details). I like that this place has nice furniture and a clean bathroom. There are always very nice scents and she is always staffed well. I usually call ahead and owner is very responsive. I recommend this place for sure.
I planned to visit another salon, but it was closed, so I ended up here. This nail salon is really classy and modern. I adore the marble design. A lovely elderly lady did my nails, and she was very meticulous. However, there was a hair stuck on my thumb. I hesitated to mention it because she was already fixing another finger due to a dust particle. It's disappointing to see the hair/string stuck on the nail. The prices are reasonable, but they were insistent on using gel nail polish instead of regular polish.
This place was 10/10. Customer service was the best and they really work with your needs. I came in for a gel manicure and pedi and they mobilized me right away! They handled both services at once which is always a plus! All staff is super friendly and a joy to be around. Linda really nailed it with my pedicure! Best pedicure! Sam was great on my manicure too! Thank you ladies!! Yall are the best Highly recommended.
I want to start off by saying I really wanted to like this place, the staff is sweet and welcoming and my nail lady tried her best... unfortunately she may be extremely inexperienced as the final result was far from a finished product ... I'd also like to add this was my first time here, and I tried this place since my regular salon in the area was fully booked. I communicated several times I wanted a gel pedi with a pink clear base under the white tip, despite that she still tried to use a pale pink base until her manager helped correct her on this (I was optimistically hoping it was due to the language barrier). When she went in on the French smile lines, the lines were crooked and made my big toe nail look completely circular... her manager stepped in again to set an example to follow yet she was unable to replicate it. The tips she painted were thick, uneven and asymmetrical and in honesty pretty atrocious. After enough attempts I suggested to go with a solid color instead. She managed to paint over the nail beds in addition to curing gel polish onto the top of my foot. She also managed to finish with uncured gel polish all over her hands. Overall it was a pretty stressful event to witness and be a part of and I'll still need my toes done but I'm out for my time wasted and the cost of this service. I personally love supporting small local businesses and leaving positive reviews but this is a situation where I feel an honest review is needed for the technical quality of the work. My daughter who also got a gel pedi with me had a much more pleasant experience though and hers turned out much better. **update** my daughter's pedi is still in really good shape after a week. Lien also called to apologize and offered to redo my pedi personally and I think that's just really great of her to do so.
Lien is probably one of the best nail techs in this area. She is so detailed with her work and I am so happy that I found this nail salon! One of my nails broke and I wanted a quick fix so I called a salon near by- Lien's Nails and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Once I arrived, the ladies here got me situated into their spa chair and started my pedicure right away. The ladies here are friendly and professional at what they do. The salon is also very clean and tidy. Pricing here is fair and reasonable. P.S. Parking is not too difficult and can park on the streets. If you are in the area, I highly recommend coming to Lien's Nails! :)
I went in for an appointment with my cousin. Walk ins are welcome as well. If you can't find parking on the street, there's a parking lot you can park in. Just follow the sign that says Lien's Nails. I love Lien! She is super nice and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable and made great small talk. She seemed happy and sincere. For the nails: I never gotten my nails done before so I didn't know what to expect. Lien has been doing nails for 20 years - so she has a lot of experience. It was so satisfying watching her work on my cuticles and snipping away my dead skin. I can tell that she carries a lot of pride in her work. For the color options, there's only two example books to browse through. Apparently she rotates them, adds new colors, and toss out the old ones. So at least we are getting new polish bottles. I love the way my nails turned out. She left a little bit of nail polish on the skin but I'm fine with that. It's better to have a more even coat than a skimpy one. Also, her hands are STRONG!! She massaged my hands in some sort of oil and that felt good! The cherry on top is Lien frying up some delicious egg rolls for us on the road!!! I never heard of a nail salon providing food before. Drinks, yes, which Lien does carry Vietnamese coffee and water, but never fresh food. She put taro inside the egg rolls!! That is some high quality and generous eggrolls. Please come to Lien's!!
LOVE coming to Lien's!! Lien is always so friendly and welcoming. This is currently my go-to nail spot. I used to go to Pearl Nails down the street but it got way too crowded and packed. Vicky did my gel x manicure and she is amazing! She is so patient, gentle, and kind. You can tell she does her job with extreme care. As for my pedicure, I believe it was Melinda (or Belinda -- sorry!) who helped me. She was very sweet and did a great job as well. I want Lien to do my nails next time but she's always so busy! And Vicky is also a great alternative. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Call in advance to make an appointment. Ample parking in the lot behind the building.
I went to Lien's Nails on 7/11/23 for the first time to kill some time before driving back home. I asked for a "gel pedicure with Barbie pink" and ended up with the color shown in the photo. Definitely NOT Barbie pink. I was skeptical but the owner kept telling me once I go outside the color is going to change to pink with the warm weather. I paid $60 including tip. The nail color NEVER CHANGED. I texted her and she said I can go back to get it fixed. When I returned 8/21/23, the owner was rude, raised her voice, and now said she couldn't do anything to fix the problem. It should have been a simple pedicure with one solid color. FAIL. Do NOT go to this business. They are rude and careless. I will never go back.
I'm so incredibly disappointed with my experience today. Came back to Lien after a couple years since I was in the area, remembering that I had a great time during my last visit. First thing off the bat, I was told I can come in at 3:20, but when I came she was still working on her previous client. That is fine, but I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the salon. One point I really want to emphasize is PLEASE do not overbook if you do not have the capability to serve customers in a timely manner. This is one of my biggest concerns as a customer because if she had simply said that she was too busy and to tell me to come in at a later time, that would've solved everything. Me for not being annoyed with the wait time, and Lien for not feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I understand that it's business, but isn't customer retention equally as important? Isn't providing utmost service what should be prioritized here? Then, as I was getting my nails done, I can visibly tell Lien is getting stressed as more people are doing walk-ins. She starts to overly shave off my nails during the prep, and my nails got super weak, thin, and brittle. I felt really uncomfortable with the feeling, and told her to stop multiple times. She wouldn't stop, which was so concerning?? And said that this was what she was supposed to do. She said my previous gel was too hard and she must shave it off. This is what confused me, I am a customer and I'm telling her that it hurt. I didn't care if the gel was a bit thicker, it was causing me pain and discomfort! I was so so upset, because I previously had such a great experience with her. I knew and felt like she was rushing through the whole process, and even as she was painting the color, my nails were sooo thin and weak. Now, running through water my nails feel so brittle and they are incredibly bendable. I've had my nails done for years and this has never happened. I really did not appreciate how defensive she got, but this wasn't a matter of ego, I simply was expressing my dissatisfaction. I get my nails done ALL the time, so for her to discredit my feelings when I was speaking up felt so wrong. I am truly so disappointed and upset :( Lien I hope as you continue on with your business, please be confident that you can serve your customers with the utmost respect and diligence. It is so unfair that this all could've been avoided had you not overbooked yourself and taken your time with your clients.
Completely forgot I'd been here years ago. Happened to be shopping nearby with my Mom and we decided to get Mani/Pedis cuz it was her last day visiting me. The ladies who work at Lien's are sweethearts & Lien herself is awesome - my Mom decided this place would be her go to whenever she was visiting. Until she noticed her nails the day after - the nail polish didn't even last 24hrs. My gel manicure lasted a bit longer - 2 days My Mom was really upset having to fly home with chipped nails after I spent close to $200 + tip on our Mani/Pedi's. And I'm really annoyed that I had to redo my nails to attend an event. Don't waste your $ here - they use cheap nail polish.
Love the way Lien does nails! it's Literally only one Lady who does nails & that's "Lien"the owner- so if your going for Fake nails be pre-paired to wait! All The Ladies Are Super Sweet it's a great vibe it smells good & it's Clean & beautiful inside , they have snacks & Drinks waiting for you- you may enter thru the back or the front it's plenty of safe private quiet parking ! It's my third time going & I get the same thing every time & the price goes up every time lol hmmI wonder if it's the Ni**a Taxes lol. Anywho if your noisy like me & want to have a little fun... have your Phone Translator On from Vietnamese to English if you want to know what they're talking about lol iykyk! I made an appointment last min earlier in the day. They called to confirm at the appointment time I made. It was pretty empty when I got there. The nail technicians were very welcoming and kind. The parking was sorta confusing. I ended up parking in the back of the salon. I didn't want to parallel park in the front of the salon cause it was a busy street. Plenty of parking in the back. The price for dip powder gel nails with design was really a good price. I also got a gel pedicure. The salon is clean and looks newly renovated. I will definitely be coming back. read more

This is my new go-to place! Lien and her staff are always so friendly and attentive, and do a great job! The shop is so clean and all the chairs are so new, which makes the biggest difference when you're going to be sitting for a while. I got the ombré done by the owner Lien, who is the best! She knows what she's doing and is a perfectionist! 10/10 for quality, cleanliness, and amazing staff! read more

After a long long drive, I called in this place on Sunday to see any opening for a pedi and full set. There was no wait. I say I'll come in 30 minute later and arrived at that time. They did pedi and full set for me at the same time. The young girl who did my pedicure wasn't good or professional. I paid $35 to come and relax. Girl burned me with callous remover and it was itchy. She turned on the water so hot I had to tel her it was burning hot. She then scoop Water out. Never turn on the spa water whirl until I have to ask her like later later. The whole Thing was just unprofessional. I have feeling she's new and she was clumsy. I felt like I was a model For her to practice before she can work on paid client. Regardless I still tip her. Even though the pedicure was done like other shop. Onto my full set. A lady started put tips on and asked me shape and length. I told her and asked how much. She say $55. So I asked again to confirm. All was good. Then later the owner took over and did my nails and she took over and started shaping it and telling me how she is better than the worker. She did it so uneven. I was too tired to check. Look at photo. Second day my nail is starting to pop up a bit. She cut into my nails and it bled. And when it's time to wash my hands finger applying polish, she asked Me To wash my hands on the spa pedicure chair ?! Like what ?! It was awkward sittinf and have to bend over to wash my hands. I asked her why didn't you just tell me go to the actual sink and she say no need to... I still tip them anyways. Didn't plan to leave a review but because on the second night my nails starting to look like it's done 2 weeks ago and it's like popping up on the corner bottom. Then when it's time to pay. My total Suppose to be $25 pedicure + $10 callous removal = $35 Almond shape full set gel $55. I usually paid $48 at other shops. I don't mind paying more. Plus other shops were closed on Sundays. I don't mind paying extra, but don't give me a price and later give me A diff price when I didn't add anything diffrent. The length was agree on .... The owner told me is $60. I said worker who started on my full Set say is $55. So we went back and forth 2 times about it. So I gave her $60 anyways. And even left them a tip. Thinking back I shouldn't even left the pedicure girl a tip at her! I wouldn't recommend this place If you want to come For a relaxing experience. The pedicure was the worse and they charge similar prices to other shops anyways. read more

Lien did my nails exactly how I wanted them to look like! The shape and quality of the nails were very professional looking than what I have gotten before at other places. She was very outgoing and easy to talk to. I was expecting a nail salon when I found this place on Yelp, but it is actually just her in the corner of a different hair salon. It was a little confusing to find this place. However, when I came in, I was only looking for a fill from previous nails I got somewhere else. When she started, some nails fell off naturally but then she began to use more force while trying to do a "fill" and then she cut all my previous nails off so now I had to basically pay for a full set. While she was working on my nails, she was using a lot of force and filing the sides of my nails over and over to the point where 4-5 of my nails were bleeding at the end of it. My mistake for not asking her to be more gentle when the first two nails started bleeding, but I thought she wouldn't file the bleeding skin anymore. However, she did and kept filing on the raw skin. My hands were in extreme pain for the next two days. To top it all off, she never asked me to go wash my hands and she put some flower oil on my bleeding cuticles for a picture and it hurt so bad. I didn't mention that the tools she used didn't look sanitary and looks like she does not clean them between clients so I was scared they were infected. At the end of it, I didn't mind so much because I came to her for cheaper nails, and her pricing board said coffin acrylic full set was $35. Amazing price, right?! Well.. no. She didn't disclose prices for upgrades/add-ons but I guess that's my fault for not asking. I got a very simple design on two nails and it costed me $20... $10 for one nail design. I was thinking $55 was going to be okay but when we finished she told me it was $85. Wait what? I guess I paid an extra $30 for dip powder because I had nothing extra done to my nails. I didn't fight her price, and I still tipped but I was not expecting $35 to go to $85 just like that. I will not be going back read more

Loved my gel pedicure! The whole treatment was amazing, the salon is clean and pretty new. When my BF and I arrived we went through the back which is still under construction so don't mind that when you're walking from the back to the front. They accommodated me super last minute on Easter and overall I'm really happy with the results! $34 for gel pedicure read more

Found some "me" time today and called Lien if she could take me in at the last minute. She accommodated me quickly and worked on my nails and pedicure at a timely manner because she knows I have small kids waiting for me at home. I love the natural pink acrylic and coffin shape she did. I also love the interior of her salon. Everything is newly updated and modern. Feels luxurious and relaxing in the salon. Her prices are also very reasonable. There's a huge private parking lot behind her building so parking is not a problem. read more

Been here a couple of times and the service were both great. I get my mani and pedis here. Lien did my gel x and I had so many compliments on them. I usually get the luxury gel pedi and both times were awesome and consistent. Lien and her staff are very welcoming. Their work is top notch. The place is nice and clean. Solid five stars for this nails and beauty shop. Thank you Lien for such a wonderful team of nail specialists. Cindy took care of me today and gave me the best light pink ombré. She is meticulous and fast. Lien was recommended to me by my hairdresser and she didn't disappoint. This place is new and everything in it. The ambiance is relaxing and you will no doubt feel the relaxing feel and good vibes of the place. This is the spot to check out if you want to try a different nail salon. You will be a return customer as I will be. I highly recommend Lien's to anyone who likes expert nail technicians, amazing nails and good vibes. This place is a hidden gem. So good!! I got Gel x extension with Cindy and they're PERFECT. First off, their customer service from just walking in is so great and they offered me coffee and water. Cindy did my gel x perfectly, asked me throughout if the UV light was too hot, asked me how I like my shape, etc and in the end, i loooved my nails. I was only going to do the mani but ended up asking her for gel pedicure too because she did such a beautiful job. Currently doing the gel pedi and this massage chair is also a plus! Found this spot after another nail salon had no available openings. My mom and I went in on a Saturday for pedicures and we're so glad we found this place. Lien did such a great job. The foot massage and scrub she used smelled so good and was a bonus. She took her time and you can tell she really cares about the customer. She's also really nice and funny. The inside decoration is probably one of the nicest looking salons I've been to. Highly recommend it and will definitely be going back. Thanks again ! read more

I have had a very difficult time finding a good salon since moving to the area. I came in for a full acrylic set and a gel pedicure. The owner Lien did my nails and she was so kind and made sure I was happy with the results along the way. They are reasonably priced and the staff overall is great!
