Additionally, I was charged for the Lids Foundation without my knowledge or consent. I only noticed the charge after I returned home and reviewed my receipt. I would not recommend going to this store. Customer service lacks quality and professionalism. Employees are rude and unprofessional. There are no customs and courtesies at all. Employee didn't print me a receipt and said she emailed me my receipt to me but never received it. I had to go back and explain she typed my email in wrong and I wanted my receipt from purchase. Got a hat embroidered for my son with the Mexican flag, there was no detail of the flag and looked unfinished. If you want a Mexican Flag embroidered here, get it done elsewhere. Poor quality work, extremely disappointing customer service and no support for paying for a service that was defectively done. I don't go to this store often to know if this issue is normal but I went in last week and it smelled so strong like weed. I'm not a prude or anything but literally the bars had the smell too. It was so strong I almost walked out and took my business somewhere else. Their hat selection is great but that was such a turn off. The music also was so vulgar, my din wanted to go to lids the other day and I ended ip taking him to docks instead because that place is so inappropriate for kids. Customers service is trash, didn't greet anyone when they walk in, make you not want to buy anything

Leon is extremely helpful my 11-year-old son is into Caps. Leon goes above and beyond to always helps my 11 year old when we walk in the store. I truly appreciate all the sales associates there. They all have great customer service. Every time we're there we feel welcomed and treated with so much kindness lids should be proud of this team. Kudos to them!! read more

Rea or Ria (Didn't get the exact spelling) did a fantastic job when I went in. I went in a day before Christmas for a last minute gift and she was able to take care of me. By far the worse Lids store. Moved up to the AV two years ago and I have to travel miles for a good Lids store because the one in the mall in AV never has the right size. They located to a bigger location still inside the mall and would think they would have much More variety and sizes but nope. I've officially given up trying to find my perfect hat there. read more

Worst Customer service team went in for hats and one of the employees decided to be rude on the phone. Also gave wrong information to me saying to call and see what time hats will be ready on Monday didn't call back till Tuesday and the person that took my order said hat's will be ready Wednesday today is Friday now they wont be ready sometime this weekend. read more

Went to Lids the other day and everyone is helpful. I bought a custom hat and was in a rush to leave. I got home and noticed it was misaligned. Went back in and met Zane and Anthony told them what had happened. They were very both very helpful and understanding and did me a solid. I plan on getting more custom lids done.
