I called this boutique they spent so much time making sure I found something beautiful and In my price range. They sent it out the same day and gave a tracking number they are on the ball. Customer service is terrible. I placed 2 hats and 1 suit on layaway and when I tried to pay it off, they said that they didn't have my layaway, they had sold it. A lot of times when I made my payment, they would not process them and would not contact me. They are so unorganized. They all call themselves supervisors and are all rude. They didn't give me any notification that my suit and hats were sold. All they care about is money. Their policies are only a 90 day hold, but when i was unable to complete my layaway in the time specified, they were ever so courteous, and gave me an extension! I was able to pay and get the perfect suit & hat combination for my mom! The suit was rich in quality, absolutely BEAUTIFUL! If I could rate a minus star I would!!! I ordered a suit back in June and only after never receiving the suit I contacted them and was told the item was discontinued, nice of them to let me know! They claimed they had something that would work just as well and finally recieved that. Needless to say it was nothing like they described and I asked to return it. They said I would be emailed a return authorization. I called NUMEROUS times getting only voicemail. Left numerous messages. Nothing ... Finally a couple of months later got someon the phone and got the same runaround. Now here it is late September and I get an email claiming they don't find my order and the nerve to tell me about their 3 day return policy!!!! So they beat me out of almost $200!!! I have a very important wedding in June....I ordered a dress....I always wear a size 12. I get this dress on the websites clearance section...2568 a black/white polka dot dress with jacket. When I try it on it is huge...I mean this was more likely a 1x or something of that size. So the quality was good so I decided to exchange that for another dress...Stacy Adams 78363..I checked the size chart this time...and based on this it said I needed a size 8...I ordered that. This time it was too small...and I likely should have ordered my size 12...but the company should know their dress size charts. By this time, it was too late to try and wait for another dress. When I called for a return #, they kept giving me the runaround...finally a Jordan who works there kept answering the phone and putting me on hold and 'laughing'. I did get emails from Chrissy Gold stating very succinctly that I will get a store credit.
