This store was my last stop in my search for a couple of Mariners City Connect caps. They do have an impressive wall-to-wall selection of caps and the chances of finding what I was looking for was high. They did have the caps I was look for in stock and I decided to get a couple. The wait time to check out was longer than I expected. There was only one staff member available and they were busy handling a customer issue. The price for my selected caps were not on sale and was full retail at $45.99. They have some items on sale, however the caps I chose were not included. Overall experience was ok. There's nothing really noteworthy to remember during the visit. Though this place wasn't my first choice for caps, they did have what I was looking for. read more

Lids - Sports Wear Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

I've never shopped at this store before-LIDS in Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood. I was extremely impressed with the salesperson there. Her name is Ari. She was working by herself, and yet handled orders, the phone and even greeted people whenever they entered. She was always smiling and couldn't have been more helpful. She made everyone feel like they were being cared for. I needed assistance with a cap and sizing (buying it for someone else) as well as needing custom front and back embroidery. She really knew her stuff! And did exactly what we needed in record time. I'd go back there and recommend the store based only on this one individual. She was awesome! read more

The person who helped me was great! I was doing some quick shopping. I got advice on how I could customize the gift I was getting to make it more personalized. My boyfriend loved his hat. I was able to doing some more shopping while I waited for the embroidery to finish. It only took around 30 mins. read more

Alderwood Mall Lynwood WA location...Nov 9th around 12:30, female staff member very rude and couldn't care less about helping or providing customer service. I was shopping for a hat that was high up on a rack. Employee was rude and abrupt when providing the price and walked away without offering to get it down.. I walked out and will purchase elsewhere. Terrible service. Lids lost a sale today read more

Normally I would say this place is a good place to get hats. But there is a short lady in a white beanie there who gave me a really shitty customer service experience. Recently I signed up for a membership, and wanted to inquire more about it, so I went to this location and basically had every question shot down or deflected. Her only response she gave me was "idk man I just use this phone to ring in people" and then proceeded to ignore me and continue what she was doing. Again normally I'd say this is a good place to go to. There is a dude there who is chill, I'd recommend going when he is there, but not when the chick is. read more

Standing here in front of the Alderwood mall location at 10:15am and it's still closed...hours online say it's open at 10am on Fridays. Annoying. read more

I waited two hour to get a hat made. I came back after two hours and the person that order hats after me was getting there hat made. I asked what was going and she said that they took my hats to another vendor to see if the can do them. I will never use lid's again. read more

I have been in this place many many times the last 5 years, and the metal detector on the door has been broken. The alarm beeps whenever anyone looks at a hat near the door, and its pretty annoying. The manager yelled at customers for setting off the buzzer and i said "hey, maybe fix it? " He got upset at me and basically told me to leave. read more

Horrible experience sales person (Eric assuming his the manager)missing a lot of costumer service is not my first time in the store I work on retail myself and I know theres ways of explaining and talking care of costumer issues. I'm still 100% costumer of Lids but I'm sure I'm not stoping again at the outlets location read more

Ugh... ugh. I always get pulled into this place because my little brother and my boyfriend love hats. Not only love, but they are so-damn-picky. Lids makes the experience a little less painful because they have a big selection. It's tiny but organized. And my 6'5" boyfriend can find his big head size. read more

The manager of this store is a child running a store. He allowed his associate and his cousin to threaten my family. There was an altercation due to the lack of response to call security. The reason I know security was not called because I filed a report against the store and dealt with security. They are less than professional! I asked for his bosses number and so did mall security and he stated he does not have a boss. He also tried to accuse my son of shoplifting, mind you we were paying customers. If I wanted to I could have bought my son every ball in that store, he doesn't have to shop lift! Poor management, poor associated, and we will no longer give lids our business and neither will anybody else we come in contact with as we will share this experience with every person we ever come in contact with. We will also be returning the hat my nephew bought. The mall has reached out the the regional manager a few times now and they have not got back to me. As far as I'm concerned this store has a "thuggish" vibe and should not be allowed to even have an open store in the mall due to their negligence to protect their paying customers and lack of management professionalism (this store and regional). Get him out and hire mature people who knows how to speak to an adult intelligently. Get the thugs out! read more

The hats last a pretty long time and honestly they're at a decent price. They have a variety of designs and always felt comfortable walking in. Been a customer for years and will stay a customer. C: read more

when Lids first came to Alderwood- i was thrilled. tons of cool caps and hats... why wouldn't you be happy shopping here? i gave my boyfriends baseball caps for b-day presents and such... bought a whole lot for myself... my cousin used to manage the place and so i'd hang out there a lot as well. soon- after other stores sprung up and overshadowed Lids... i don't really go back all too often. the locations in NYC are so much bigger and have a huge array of selections. read more

Decent prices for a solid new era hat. Associates were quick and nice without being over agressive.

It would be nice if they called customers when their online order is ready for pick up.

Karsen, the manager was a lot of help. He seemed really concerned about giving my money back that I got charged twice for. Corporate on the other hand, took a month to respond back to the email the sent me, that needed a copy of the statement that shows when and how I got charged twice. I sent what they needed the same day and a month later I have to call and talk to them only for them to tell me that they need another copy of the statement. Which now delayed the Refund even longer, so its been close to two months and I am still waiting for my refund, which I was told that it would only take 3-5 business days, and we are going on 10. This shows lack of consideration and care for your customers. Definitely wont be paying with a card anymore, also will never return to Lids again. Something needs clean up in corporate. read more

Received hat with stitching that is loose. They would not allow me to return it because they claim it has been worn. Why would I wear a hat with stitching hanging off of it? The hat is otherwise brand new and never been worn. I will shop for my hats elsewhere from now on. read more
