The staff is very friendly and laid back, as to be expected from the culture, so it fits the vibe. They seem fairly knowledgeable on a variety of different equipment setups/uses and the pass itself. They gave me a decent setup when I did a season rental and gave me the option to swap out gear. They also setup my first board (that I bought from the shop) and has a decent sale/deal going on that helped buying my equipment relatively painless. I usually stop by this shop 2-3 times per season to see what's in stock, service my board, etc.

He was able to take care of my skis and my kids skis in addition to checking the bindings as well for free. The turnaround was fast. He got these tuned up next day. Prices for the tuneup were very reasonable. Lots of gear available here. If I need to get new skis for my kid as he gets bigger, I will definitely get them here. I came here in search of a ski jacket and gloves for an upcoming trip. There's definitely more selections and I easily found the gear that'll fit my needs. Prices are reasonable and they have seasonal sales to help entice shoppers. The line to check out was rather long as there was only 2 check out counters open. The cashier was friendly. Being a co-op member, I was able to apply this purchase towards my rewards. What I like about being a co-op member is the ability to return products within 365 days from purchase. Though I've never availed of this benefit, it's great to have as a perk.

Instead, associate Cathy offered to place that order for me right there, and even found a sale code to apply to save me about $20. She was friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile for me. My only complaint about the store is that I found the selection of women's cycling clothing to be sorely lacking.
