My family has always gone through h&l for letterman's jackets, embroidering, ect. and don't get me wrong they do a good job... But when it comes to costumer service they are horrible. I walked into h&l and no one greeted me, no "how can I help you?", "just one minute", I didn't even get any eye contact until I finally spoke up and said something. As a business I feel that I completely rude and poor business! I recently took in a letterman's jacket to have patches put on at least $200 worth and as i was explaining which patches i would like to have he denied me on almost all of them because of some BS reason he gave me his actual quote was "you will get made fun of for having it on there now, it isn't cool" ... With that being said they told me they would call me when what i could actually have put on is done which would be in about a week.... A week went by then another week and another until I finally went in there and they didn't even apologize, again poor business skills. The guys who work here are older gentlemen and I hate to say it but they probably aren't making that much money to be acting like they are better than everyone else. So please guys, learn some better customer service! I won't be back here, I refuse to give my business to rude, stuck up people. If you want business stop treating your customers poorly, you just lost a lot of money in patches/letterman's jackets within my family/friend! Hopefully these guys can pull their act together! read more
