What a perfect day to be in ice cream business. The high is 95 degrees hot but not hot enough to stay inside. Shade will do. I tried the cookies and cream (seasonal) and coffee. Very refreshing, especially since all the ingredients are natural. Can't go wrong here. 10/10 Ice Cream Cones

Blueberry crumble and grapefruit Paloma ice cream

We came here on a weeknight and there weren't that many people here. We ordered small scoops one with the grapefruit Paloma grapefruit and blueberry crumble and the other with blackberry lime basil and goat cheese ice cream. Certain ice creams tasted like the flavor, but others did not really taste as good, like there was too much going on. But at least for the grapefruit ice creams and the blueberry crumble ice cream, the ice cream was pretty good. However, other flavors had too many herbs and spices in it (when I sampled them). The waffle cone was also smaller as well. Overall, this place is pretty good, but I wouldn't say that everything I had was great. The location was a little small and cramped with tables spread along the walls and some tables in the back. There are directions that you need to walk for crowd/line control (even when the store is less busy like when we went there).

Yummylicious and some unique ice cream flavors at Lick! The line moved quickly on a busy Friday night and we were able to sample a few flavors being choosing a scoop of Texas Sheet Cake. It was a decadent combination of chocolate ice cream with pecans. They didn't have waffle cones but serve scoops in a waffle bowl instead.

The food: lots of crowd-pleasing flavors and fun seasonal things to try. Our family shared a bunch of flavors but my favorite was the goat cheese and the salted caramel. The kiddos were stoked about their flavors too. The vibe: it's a small place but they use the space well, the four of us were able to sit and enjoy our ice cream while a couple enjoyed their ice cream too and it didn't feel cramped. It is a little echoey which made me feel bad about the kid screeches. Maybe some sound dampening decor or some feet on the stools to keep them from grinding on the floor The staff: they weren't overly friendly but definitely not rude or anything.

Stopped by Lick to try some of their seasonal fall flavors. I sampled all the fall flavors and ended up getting the Bourbon Pecan Blondie, Rumchata, Caramel Apple Pie, and Spiced Sweet Potato Pie. Every flavor was delicious and very on theme for fall with tons of spices. My personal favorites were the Bourbon Pecan Blondie and the Rumchata. For a vegan flavor, the Rumchata still managed to be very creamy. I think is the perfect place to stop by if you're craving a sweet treat. The workers were super nice, and allowed me to try as many samples as I wanted. The inside has a few tables and is decorated nicely, but I would recommend taking your ice cream outside to sit at Mueller Lake Park. The park provides the perfect ambiance for enjoying your ice cream.

The coffee ice cream is delicious!! I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped by this spot after dinner. The employees were very helpful, friendly and patient when it came to sampling. Super cute spot tucked away in the Mueller area. Their ice cream had the perfect blend of rich flavors and creaminess. Also, try the chocolate waffle cone and the cookies and cream if it's still available. We'll definitely be back sooner than later :)

Conveniently located near the Thinkery which is perfect for family with young kids. Very good ice cream and offer variety of flavors including seasonal ones.

Non dairy chocolate chocolate hit my sweet spot! They give military discount! Such a nice place to grab ice cream and walk around in the quaint area!

Interesting flavors! But good! There was only one guys working when I went and it was a bit busy, but he was really nice. Small space inside so won't be able to eat your ice cream inside if there are a lot of people but you can walk outside the park which is right next to the shop and enjoy your ice cream too!

Fast and simple easy to read and they had four different vegan options and it was clean. Just not enough seats to sit around but nice bench outside is just very hot and sunny.

Quite a few interesting flavors! I really enjoyed the grapefruit Paloma flavor but I opted for the chocolate sheet cake which is equally as delicious! One of the employees was kind and welcoming, the other seemed like they didn't want to be there at all- not very welcoming. But the ice cream makes up for the hot and cold service.

Delicious ice cream! The line was pretty long but the employees were very courteous. We got a small cup of chocolate ice cream and a cone of strawberry and vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. 100% worth the small line.

Texas sheet cake was amazing!!!! We tried a few flavors and all were so good. Will definitely be going back.

Bourbon pecan blondie was good, not great. Other flavors not memorable. They were out of apple pie.

The Oreo ice cream is amazing! Great prices too. $7 for a half pint is enough for 2-3 kiddos. Would love to try all the flavors!

Vanilla ice cream was decent, but nothing special. I might get it again if I was in the area and really had a sweet tooth, but I would definitely go for some different flavors because they just didn't hit the same this time.

A milestone. A monument. A celebration of a man whose legend looms over Austin like a slightly tipsy bat. Nate Gardog & Co bravely ordered what was advertised as an Oreo cake meant to serve 4-5 humans. What arrived, however, was not a cake. It was not even a mini-cake. It was... a cupcake wearing platform shoes. A baked good masquerading as something it clearly was not. The bag was on us, literally and spiritually. Shane--who, need I remind you, is an Austin icon, a man whose culinary preferences are practically carved into the walls of Barton Springs--was forced to confront this fraudulent pastry. And let me tell you: no man deserves this. Not at 38. Not ever. If the staff at Amy's were the true clairvoyants we believed them to be, they would have inherently known Shane's one, true, universal flavor: Funfetti. Classic. Chaotic. Confetti for the soul. Yet here we stood. Funfetti-less. Candle-less. Hope-less. As the final insult, there were no candles. Not even a sad, melted tea light from the back. Nothing to blow out except disappointment. In conclusion: the vibes were off, the cake was tiny, and Shane--our dear, beloved Shane--deserved better.

It's not a sitdown place so keep that in mind for your stop, but the line does move fast and they are very efficient. There's a good variety of flavors and things they serve from italian ice to ice cream and shakes. We opted for a strawberry italian ice with condensed milk on top. From the first bite we were in heaven. The flavor is very thorough which is not always the case for Italian ices where it can sometimes be a bit muted. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.
