Nonetheless Rashelle schedule time to come out the next day. She helped me trouble shoot some possible causes and ultimately ended up figuring out my issues. She repaired the pump and cleaned my filters!! Came back the next day and cleaned my pool fixed my chemicals and got me all ready for the summer. Needless to say I signed up for services. Not because of what she did, but what she didn't do. She wasn't pushy. She was polite. Courteous. Easy to talk to. Wasn't trying to sell me anything. Just truly helpful. And her prices were good. In addition, during service they damaged my sprinkler system and shut off the water without notifying me or taking responsibility. I only discovered this afterward. While the owner was very kind to reimburse me for the broken part, this raises concerns about both the quality of their maintenance and their handling of property.
