Then I opened up my burger and it, to no surprise, had both the tomato and ketchup on it. I wasn't happy about it, but wasn't mad either. I took the tomato off and championed through the ketchup. I could understand if they didn't hear me, but I said it at least three times. I did not want want those items and made sure to check with the lady taking my order as well. Whatever, mistakes happen, but also, mistakes stick with you and will remind me to not stop at this location if I am ever in the area again.
