Based on my experience, the attitude from management is hostile, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Rather than treating customers with respect and attempting to resolve concerns in a reasonable manner, they seem perfectly content to argue with customers and make it clear that their business is not wanted. What is especially frustrating is the apparent disregard for the very people who keep this store in business. Customers have plenty of other places to spend their money, and when they are treated poorly, they have every right to take their business elsewhere. Apparently, management at this location either doesn't understand that or simply doesn't care. The irony is that employees and managers who treat customers this way may eventually find themselves complaining when business declines, sales drop, and the consequences begin to affect store performance, employee raises, or even jobs. You cannot repeatedly alienate customers and expect them to keep coming back out of loyalty or obligation. Customer service matters, and a business that fails to understand that will eventually pay the price. I have personally decided to take my business elsewhere, and I have no intention of returning. A company can advertise convenience, competitive prices, and customer loyalty all it wants, but none of that means much when the people running the store treat customers with disrespect. **Management should seriously reconsider its attitude toward customers.** No business is entitled to anyone's money, and no customer should have to tolerate rude, argumentative, or unprofessional behavior just to make a purchase.
