Breakfast earlier, with a sweet tea, was needing to escape. I was happy to see this on the horizon, that familiar awning. Ample space on this lot, was able to pull up, jump out, and scuttle to the facilities. I was in sweet relief, and especially since the facilities were in near pristine conditions. Once outside, I used the opportunity to stretch the legs before hitting the rest of the road on the way home.

And, after calling numerous other locations with no luck and rude staff, I called Midas. Amber answered the phone, with nothing more than hospitality in her voice. I asked her about the empty oil drums, and she asked me to hold. I waited less than 20 seconds before she returned with a response. I was told they did have a couple, and was offered them free of charge. Unlike a few other places that want anywhere from $10-30 per drum. When I arrived to pick up the drums, I was greeted immediately. That was a wonderful first impression. I was asked to back up to a bay and the drums were brought out. The gentleman loaded the drums in the back of the truck for me, and wished me a good day. Now, that may not sound like much to some, but as someone who still remembers how customer service standards used to be, I appreciated the hell out of this location. They have a firm grasp on what it takes to stay in business: The customer. I will not even bother with another location for my vehicle needs. This very small interaction with the team members here told me everything I need to know about their business practices. It's absolutely absurd to me that more places don't adopt the Midas way of doing business.

I brought my vehicle here for a third opinion because the two I received earlier at other places were polar opposites. I dont know the name of the manager at this place but he is simply awesome - knowledgeable and honest. What more can you ask for!! They fixed my issue and charged me only part of the amount because it was not fixed completely right the first time. Just sitting in the waiting area and watching the manager deal with the customers and giving them honest feedback and guidance is a testament to why this place is always so busy! Keep up the awesomeness..you have a loyal customer.

After reading reviews of the service shops around the area, I decided on Timbrook Honda. I went in and was greeted pleasantly & professionally by the sails staff and shown to the service department, where I met Mike who not only scheduled the service my machine needed, but spent a ton of time discussing the accessories I wanted. He then gave me a few estimates that I took home, one was a complete winch and plow that I had already found on line before I ever went in to discuss it with Mike. Without even knowing what I had found, he beat the best online pice I came up with... Now even though I'm pretty mechanically and know I could do the install myself, I hesitated because I've not done much vehicle wiring. So a couple days later I took our machine in for its scheduled service work, and asked if they could install the complete winch and plow kit. Without hesitation or being told to schedule a separate appt., Mike was happy to do the installation at the same time. At that point one of their mechanics came through and graciously offered to come in on his scheduled day off to do both the service and install. In short Timbrook Honda is and has an excellent staff that is knowledgeable in their machines and service, they are darn nice people happy spend the time you need to discuss all your options and service, as well as getting you in and taken care of. They are now... and will be my "go to" place for service & accessories. And should be yours as well.

The staff is helpful, friendly, thoughtful and value their customers over profit. I recently brought my Tundra to the shop to give it a fresh new look with smoky headlights. During installation of the new headlights, they discovered that there was a malfunction with the turn signal component of the passenger side light. To remedy this, Luke gave me an option of either keeping the current ones in with the fast flashing right turn signal - OR - to reinstall my OEM headlights until the replacement ones arrived. I elected to keep the fast flasher in, then at some point during that conversation I was easily swayed into buying smoky taillights to complete the look. This was largely due to the fact that they offered to install them for no charge to compensate for my," inconvenience". I put quotes there because no part of me felt inconvenienced. To me, a malfunctioning headlight that was shipped from an unrelated company's warehouse is not within Truck'n America's control. The team continued to earn additional stars when I arrived to pick up my truck and learned that Paul, out of the kindness of his heart, had fixed my driver's side running board by removing them, drilling new holes and reinstalling. Unbeknownst to me, it was on the verge of collapsing due to some rust/corrosion that wasn't visible but did cause the board to have slightly more give than typical. Thanks, Luke and Phil!
