There are several areas of improvement that should be addressed to maximize customer satisfactions to include of communication and accepting jobs while understaffed. I was told that it was just too difficult to reach and that I'd need to figure out a way to get it out of the garage first. After 4 1/2 hours, calling literally 17 tow services and some unfruitful I'll call you backs, I reached SNAP'S Super Shop, Phenix City, AL. They were indeed SUPER and had the needed truck and equipment available. With absolutely amazing customer service and EXPERT tow truck maneuvering, Steven had my car picked up and towed less than 10 minutes after arrival. I would highly recommend SNAP'S SUPER SHOP for any towing need, but most certainly if you're stuck broken down in a parking garage!

i just want to start out by saying.. do not use this place…read more i brought my car into them a couple of weeks ago. the guy that answered the phone was very polite and is actually the reason i decided to use them. he gave me a quote of 300 dollars. i agreed to this and took my car to them. upon arriving i removed my rear deck to make the job easier for them. while i was removing the deck, i asked, "how much different is the ceramic tint, price wise?" they told me $125. i replied. "oh, ok." so they took this as i wanted it and did not discuss, did not verify. when i went to pick up my car, i asked him what i owed him and he told me $425. i expressed we agreed on $300 but trying to keep cool i offered to meet in the middle of the original $300 and the forced $425. at $375 (being nice) this man told me he would rather tear all of the tent off of my car and let me drive home without it than to let me have it for that price. meanwhile hes saying this to me in front of the person who dropped me off wanting a quote. also i have bubbles in each of my windows, but refuse to take it back as they poked a hole in my base speaker in my rear deck and cut up my soft touch material on my passenger door. i do not recommend and will continue to spread the word. i genuinely feel screwed by this company and can not believe the audacity of these people.

Accurate labeling and clear communication are critical when customers are making decisions about vehicle repairs.
