The process to install took around an hour or so. Pretty happy with the customer service and the install. (I didn't drive my truck the next week because I was in the field so less than a 100mi driven) After a week, I was driving with my fiancé to a buddies house and my cruise control didn't shut off. I pulled in to my buddies and had a bite to eat. After the night was finished, we got in my truck to leave and my truck didn't out of park. I unplugged the battery to see in there was a computer system problem but no luck. After further investigation and tapping on the brakes to see if the broke lights came on the pedal dropped to the floor. I looked down at the pedal and it had completely came off the brake rod. I assembled the brake pedal together but there was no retaining pin. I looked around for it and no luck. (I was a certified break mechanic back before the army) I had to buy the pin but it was stuck at my buddies house for a few days. I called the shop and asked about their process. They assured me that they didn't take the system apart. I won't play the blame game. Just remember to look over all work done on your vehicle. This could have been a life and death situation with not having brakes. Luckily it wasn't for my fiancé and me. The dash was disassembled to make the process faster and I saw a review how a customer gotten her dash cracked. (I am very tight on time) I didn't work on the remote before going there and remote start was brand new. The vehicle has been inspected every year. by a certified mechanic. Response was unprofessional and delusionary.

Pics show where "double sided tape he cannot control" came loose and paint faded (within a month). Will update after trip # 7 this weekend. Fingers will be crossed. UPDATE: I decided to just get my parts and have someone else put them on. I have absolutely no faith in this guy and frankly did not trust him with my car any longer. The last time he put in a random screw where one doesn't belong and didn't tell/ask me. He's at the "rigging" stage and that I won't tolerate. If you decide to use this business, good luck. I called the guy that installed it and he said bring it back to see what was the issue. Go back there they looked at it and the sub was torn. So another heavy set guy came out and asked me what I did to it. I said nothing but listen to it. I never touched the sub they installed it. I never asked for my money, I just wanted it replaced because it could have just been a defective sub. So the guy told me that he wasn't in the business of losing money and I said neither am I. So he goes on ranting and raving. I remained calm but was getting a lil nervous because I'm a wheelchair user and I wouldn't been able to defend myself if needed and the guy knew that but I kept my phone in hand to call the police because he was getting a lil irate. So I explained to him that I didn't want any issues and we finally came up with a solution that ended up him taking the sub out and me getting my money back. But this series of events could have been avoided because all I wanted was a working sub but this guy insisted that I was out to get him in some way but this was not the case. Simply has a bad sub that was purchased from crunk yard all they had to do was replace it and both parties would have been satisfied. This is the worst customer I ever experienced at a car audio place in Columbus. So, I thought that was the end of it so I drive over the custom car audio of Columbus GA to get a sub since at that point I didn't have one and I spoke with Mike, great guy by the way and I told him I needed a sub and what type of sound I was looking for and he matched the perfect sub for what I wanted and proceeded to installed and found a major issue. He found that whoever uninstalled the last sub taped the amp and speaker wires together. Lucky for me that my truck did not catch a fire or blow the amp or fuses. Unjust don't prosper. Crunkyard this was very unprofessional to sabotage my wiring and audio system but what goes around comes around. karma is real.

I talked to a a guy at the desk, probably in his 30's, and he asked what I was looking for- I said something along the lines of," I would like to have a RMS of about 700." He asked if I wanted 12" or what I was looking for- I said something that sounds good, and fits under my back seat. He asked what type of music I listen to. I mentioned every thing from Jazz to rap.lol. Without a hitch, he suggested if I would like to do 10" subs because the reaction, and how it will sound. (Disclosure, I used to be big in to subs about 15 years ago average was 5k to 10K watts) I was a bit skeptical, but talking to him a bit, the guy new what he was talking about. I said Ill go with the 10". I went with his suggestion on everything. I asked multiple questions like, " can I add another sub?" "Open or inclosed" exc. he was on point. I asked how long it would take, he said two hours, but the owner suggested 3-4. I set a date for 19th on Friday 2021. It took a bit long then both anticipated, but the DDX10 D4 that were installed by him with amp, the works, sound incredible. I could not believe they were 10's!!! I refuse to go anywhere else for any work done. The Place, looks a little ruff, but don't let that deter you for them. Their experience and knowledge is well worth it. Their expertise is unmatched in this area.

The review is to mainly highlight how pathetic the customer service is now and their lack of caring. Onto the next business that has some sort of caring for customers & repeat customers.
