I am new in town, and my car hadn't been cleaned for almost 6 months. I came to this place in hopes of having my car restored and easier to maintain once it is cleaned. They did an AMAZING Job, and I haven't stopped getting compliments about my car since they cleaned it. They pay attention to all the small details that other detailers would probably miss. The owner seriously takes pride in having each customer satisfied with the end product. And now I will be a returning customer monthly.

This has been the best detailing service I've ever used. Vince has done all of my cars to include one that he brought back to a perfect shine after r it being washed for 10 years. The paint sealant makes my car stay new even though I drive 30k miles a year. Thanks again Vince I'll always recommend you to others for any detailing needs.

Amazing!! Vince did a great job detailing my car, cleaning up the puppy fur and remnants of a family beach trip! He is incredibly detail-oriented and I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the options and what each option would help (or not). He's very friendly too and you can tell that he takes great pride in his work! My car looks just as nice as the day I bought it and I can see the metallic in the paint! It's so shiny that I can see where my windshield or the paint has been chipped! Amazing results at a great price! Stop by Vince's for a quote!

Is your service appointment-based or do you accept walk-ins? What's the average turnaround time for a full internal-external detail? Do you typically expect that customers will leave and pick up their cars later? Appreciate your feedback!

Hi Matthew, it is appointment based and a free consultation is preferred first. Each car is different but Id say the average detail is about 4 hours. Most people do leave them for the day.

Are you able to schedule online?

The business' Yelp page lacks a link to a website, so, I'm inclined to believe it's not possible. Considering that I'm the first to answer your question in four months, I'd say that's a hard no.

What are the hours during he weekend? Do you allow walk-ins?

Weekends are scheduled by appointment when available. Consultations are highly encouraged prior to detailing so we are on the same page as far as services and pricing.

I visited the 5709 Whitesville Rd, Columbus, GA 31904 location on 8/15/2025 at 1:04PM and my…read morevehicle was damaged by their equipment. I entered the car wash tunnel with no issues/damage to my car but as soon as I exited the car wash tunnel my low tire pressure warning light came on showing that I had 21psi of tire pressure. I drove slowly into one of the vacuum cleaner parking stalls and got out of the car to see what was going on and saw that the valve stem tip on my front driver's side wheel had been completely broken off. I alerted the manager on duty. He saw and acknowledged the damage, filed a damage report, and told me someone would be in touch with me from their damage claims department. Again- THE VALVE STEM TIP WAS COMPLETELY SEVERED UPON EXITING THE CAR WASH TUNNEL. Here is the email response I received on 8/22/2025 denying any and all responsibility for the damage caused by their equipment: " This letter is to confirm that your recently reported damage claim at Take 5 Car Wash location #603 has reached the Take 5 Corporate Claims department. Please know that we have completed a thorough investigation of the situation and reviewed all the evidence and/or documents related to your claim. At this time, we have determined this factual evidence does not support a claim of damage caused by the service at Take 5 Car Wash. The facts of this claim's denial are as follows: After further review, there was no equipment failure or employee error therefore, we are unable to accept liability for this damage. Our equipment is regularly inspected and designed to avoid causing this type of damage. We take all customers' concerns seriously and conduct thorough investigations based on facts and evidence. The facts presented do not support the conclusion that Take 5 is at fault for the issues you are experiencing. Thanks, Take 5 Damage Claims" I responded by saying I completely disagree with their decision and asked them to reconsider because I entered their car wash with 4 perfectly fine wheels/tires but exited with 1 broken valve stem tip and a flat tire. How is that possible if their equipment is not at fault??? This was their next email response: "We conducted a comprehensive investigation regarding your claim. This process involved a meticulous review of all relevant evidence and documents, an examination of camera footage, and an inspection of the equipment within the tunnel. The results of this investigation indicate that the car wash is not responsible for the damage you reported. Your claim has been denied, and this decision remains the official position of the company. Thank you for your time." Complete failure to accept accountability and responsibility. I'm just 1 customer and I know they don't care about losing my business, but they need to do better as far as customer relations go.

I came here today and wished I had had it done back in Atlanta. At least they will clean the inside every day. These jerks won't even clean the inside on weekends. I might as well use a free car wash if I just want chemicals squirted on the outside of my car. There's no room so my car was in the street part of the time holding up traffic. I had to manage how to get my car directed into the car Walsh myself. Then I sat on a sideline while they literally waved cars in front of me they arrived after me. Lesson learned, they don't want my business.
