I basically paid $40 to have it ran through a car wash that I could've taken it to at a regular car wash for $8.00. Being a 65 year old woman I felt very taken advantage of. Not sure that's the real reason, but that's what they said. Offered to pay 1/2 up front, Refused. Brought my car in about 10am and got a written estimate. When I came back around 1pm, they had changed their mind. Not even a courtesy call before I drove in from Talbotton. That's my experience, hope yours is better.
