Have a 2016 Dodge Journey Needed a windshield replacement…read morewhile at dealer in Columbus Ga First the installers showed up a few hours after they said so other repairs had to wait Second - somehow they broke the windshield on delivery Another delay over the weekend waiting for another windshield Three - and this is the best - the windshield they finally put in looks used It has a scratch in the drivers side and near the middle an area of tiny dings like sand hit it So now I'm sitting at the dealer ( again) waiting for them to fix it - maybe They were called by the dealer about 8:30 and it's almost 10 Said " about 30 minutes" What a joke Ok So now 4:30 pm - I can change my mind My car repair experience has been a cluster of errors First the dealer ordered the wrong part, then told the glass guys the wrong type windshield Then apparently someone cracked a windshield Not so sure about that story But Javier made a point of getting me a non scratched windshield and getting it I like he said he would I have my car repaired and can go home tomorrow Thanks guys!!!
