I tried to cancel online, emailed the company, and then called the phone number they provided. The call disconnected before I could resolve the issue. I also had a dispute with the company regarding reimbursement for damages. I was dissatisfied with how the matter was handled. While working there, I heard the general manager use profanity and say, "This job is not for pussies." My shifts lasted about eight hours, and I did not receive a meal break. During hot weather, I also felt there was not adequate drinking water available. These experiences raised concerns for me about the company's customer service and working conditions.
