They offered us a very fair price and had no concerns around signing of the SOS form. Max was great to deal with. He provided great communication about the process and where the driver was, and we always knew what was happening on the day of the pickup. Easy Tow deals in cash, as the company name states, which is great. The driver did run a slightly short of what was offered, but that was fixed with a quick run to a neighborhood ATM ( who wants to run around Chicago with a ton of cash these days, right? ).
