That was strike 1. I took a sample of the hard wood to her and she told me she couldn't get it. That was strike 2 - because another salesperson at the store looked at it and told me he could get it and asked if I could leave the sample. I did leave it, Maria quoted the price for me as hard wood and I paid for it. When the flooring arrived, it was wasn't hard wood and Maria had insisted that was what I had paid for -strike 3.
