Be your own advocate. Do not expect that they will do a perfect job. Expect a 60-90% perfection job with this company. They failed to hit 100% perfection and that was after two tries. if you use Granite, you will need to be very exact to what you think you need. Do not just expect that they will tape off trim or apply things consistently. Set up a separate contract with them that will force them to perform qualtiy with the first time. They messed up the first floor for me and they slopped urethane on my walls and trim. They do not have QC as part of their process. read more
