I wouldn't recommend coming here for your flooring needs. First, they guy I worked with really didn't seem to know what he was doing. Then, the flooring didn't come in when I was told it would be in and the salesman said I misunderstood what he meant. Finally, an entire box of my vinyl flooring was warped. Absolutely awful customer service. Carpet didn't wear well after a few months and 8 months later after filing initial complaint, not one manager or our sales rep Linzee has cared to return our correspondence. Run fast from this place and go to a different competitor. Edited to add: Unfortunately your information is wrong, Al. We've been dealing with this claim since this past summer. And when I followed up, the previous manager admitted to me over the phone that they forgot to submit the claim a couple months later. The initial sales rep never responded to any of the communication. Once you took over a couple weeks ago, you stated you'd get back to me by the end of business that day. I had to follow up with you 2 weeks later to still be in the same place we were over the summer. Please refund my money for the cost of the carpet and we'll move along to another company. read more

They do not explain in the original contract what they remove and what they don't remove or explain in their original quote/price about things they can move with a charge. I was told they would move all the furniture. Johnathan came out to my home to Measure and assess the area he never mentioned that they were going to cut the carpet in my closet if the two screws on the cabinet or not removed...Poor customer Communication( why was that not mention nor discussed with me by Atlanta flooring rep prior to installation? Marc Greifinger was my Sales Associate who was competing for business with with another supplier. Marc was both very knowledgeable about carpet and padding quality, and very responsive to my (many) questions and concerns about pricing, warranty and installation. Marc researched their inventory based on my needs, and he even sent me pictures for review as I was purchasing the carpet sight unseen for my Airbnb rental. I called less than a week before Thanksgiving ( their busiest time), and was worked in to their installation schedule so I had new carpets for my first guest! Marc was professional and listened to my needs as a customer. He didn't try to just sell me carpet, rather he focused on the carpet that both best met my needs and price-point. I enjoyed doing business with Marc, and I would highly recommend him to others. If I ever need more carpet I know whom to contact. read more

Very disappointed with the installation process. The installers were originally scheduled to arrive between 9 - 11. I then get a text that they will show up between 12 - 2. I took 1/2 day off from work but now I need to take the whole day off to assure someone is home. 2:30 nobody has arrived. So I call Flooring Atlanta who tell me that the crew is short staffed and will not arrive until 3:30. I'm very annoyed at this point as the lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a customer and my time. At 3:45 they show up. So now not only my afternoon but also my evening will be disrupted by their lateness and blatant disrespect. It's 5:45 and they haven't even finished the first landing. At this rate, they will be here until at least 8:00 pm. We can't use the stairs because they are working on them, so we cannot walk our dogs and are basically trapped on the second floor of our house. The installers will be installing carpet 5 feet away from where we are having dinner which instead of a quiet dinner will be accompanied by hammer banging and talking by the installers. I don't care how good of a job they perform installing the carpet, this situation is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of appreciation and respect for the customer. I know I will go elsewhere for my future carpeting needs. You might want to do the same! read more

We just went to Flooring atlanta here in Roswell and it was quite an unfortunate visit. The lady Becky didn't have any knowledge to help us and recommended to wait for Josh. When Josh showed up he seemed to be in a very bad mood and seemed quite disinterested. He was rude and suggested we should just glue some vinyl on top of our hardwood!?? I have him exact ounces for the carpet, square footage of the house, padding etc. Gave me a qoute and told me to come to the store so I did and randomly changed the price, he me asked if I had stairs, price increased asked me all other random questions.
