Excellent company, I had a repair job from a previous installer and it's been a hard time for me to find someone that could pull up my exiting floors in two sections and level the underlying floor properly and reinstall my laminate floors. Moe was able to provide me with service even though his company didn't do that type of work specifically (they do it on completely new installation rather than spot repair). He referred me to a couple of his installers and they were able to complete the job in one day (8am - 3pm). Another company that I hired to attempt the same repair took 3 days and they didn't do a good job. They pulled up my existing laminate floors in my dinning room and living room approximately 280 sq. Ft., Leveled the floor with concrete/leveler, installed new boards and replaced my moldings all in less than a day. read more

VERY happy with Carpet Zone. The guys in the shop (Moe) were very nice and very helpful. They helped me pick samples of carpet that fit what I was looking for, staying within my budget. When they came to give an estimate, they brought all the samples that I liked with them so that I could match them up to my walls. I thought the price was pretty reasonable. On the day of the installation the two installers came on time. They ripped up all the old carpet and bundled and wrapped it so it would be easy to put out on garbage day. They worked neatly, and quickly and did a great job putting down the carpet. Before they left, they cleaned up any mess they made, even though I told them I would do it......the gentleman that came with the two installers insisted that they could not leave us with a mess. read more

We recently bought our new home, and we wanted to change the carpets out, which was frustrating as you begin dealing with the many vendors and getting quotes and all of them are pressuring you to buy and telling you that you won't find a better deal anywhere... then we came across Carpet Zone (we were so lucky!), and more specifically, Moe, who was amazing and made the process painless, plus, the price was great!! I will add that Moe's customer service is exceptional as he had come to meet me at times that were past the normal schedules and I greatly appreciated that, and to add one more item, through out the entire process of dealing with Carpet Zone and Moe, not once did my wife and feel pressured. This is my first review ever on Yelp, but this company did an absolutely fantastic job replacing all of the carpet and flooring in my new house. I had a vague concept of what I wanted and was given really good ideas for the project. The material is top notch and the vinyl flooring is amazing. The other thing to mention is the price. For the quality of the work they did, it cost less than Home Depot would have. Finally, unlike a lot of subcontractors I've used, these guys actually cleaned up the mess, hauled away the trash, and even fixed some loose sub-flooring as a courtesy.
