Later, we found out that they are definitely not compatible. The vehicle wasn't fully charged, and it was very dirty!! I had to vacuum and wipe it down before I could even put my stuff inside. It turns out you can't use the Ford Mach-E on the Tesla superchargers!! so all the chargers we had mapped out on our road trip. We're not going to work. We spent 4 1/2 hours in total on the first day charging this car. The first two times was an hour each and the last time was 2 1/2 hours and it would only go to 99%. We called customer service and said we needed to trade out the car immediately. They said they were not able to look for cars and hold one for us that we had to go to each location separately. The first two locations said they cannot help us and had nothing. Thankfully, the location in Santa Clara was very kind and got us into another vehicle right away. This location in Cyprus says they have five electric vehicles and that stock is included with the regular cars. So if you order a car and they only have electric vehicles, it will say they have a car for you. Electric vehicles are not good for road trip trips!!!! I wish the man working at this location when we picked up the car would have been honest with us. We could've canceled and went somewhere else and got a regular gas vehicle. It was a terrible start to our trip.
