Sent me 4-1/2" when I needed 7-1/2" (When again this was on the paper) 4. Blatantly lied to my face trying to make this all my fault. (Even tried to lie about whom I brought in with me, they said I came in to order the metal by myself when I brought the homeowner with me to order.) 5. Upon approval of the estimate arrangements were made and Lincke's crew arrived as scheduled. The crew moved and relocated furniture, removed carpet and carpet adhesives, cleaned and swept up all dust and debris and returned furniture to original locations. We returned the cabinets to the Victoria location and purchased a few additional cabinets. Once again we were met with exceptional customer service. We bought unstained cabinets to stain ourselves and a couple laminate countertops. The quality of the cabinets far exceeds the big name box stores and the prices are better also. We plan to do some future renovations and will most definitely return to Home Outlet. Said they would call when the order was ready, they didn't. I called and went to pick the order up, get home and start noticing how grungy the wood was for it to have been milled only a couple days earlier. Come to notice stickers that say "Georgia Pacific Lattice 8' long 1/4" thick by 1.75" wide". I called to ask about it and she said she left the stickers on so I didn't think she was hiding anything from me, this was before I even said she was hiding anything from me, so if that's not a sure sign of a guilty conscience, I don't know what is. STILL CHARGED ME THE EXTRA $25 FOR MILL WORK. Basically charged me $25 for maybe 1-2 drops of a chop saw. SAD SAD SAD. Never again will I return for any business with them.
