I sent out a quote request and the first one recieved, within minutes, was from Mitci Plumbing. I…read moreresponded immediately, because they indicated no service charge or diagnostic fee will be incurred before the evaluation. The repair quote seemed reasonable and communication was really well maintained. My mother, who was meeting with the plumber, felt the entire interaction was professional and satisfactory. While we didn't move forward with recommended services that seemed outside of our budget, I did believe that a temporary solution was provided and the fee was reasonable for that. The amount of patience and understanding I was given surrounding payment was very gracious!

He's careful to leave everything just as he found it- even after working on my bathroom remodel, there was very little mess! He offered several design suggestions on my master bathroom when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and I was thrilled with the results. He also installed an RO system for me, and I've had absolutely no trouble with it. As far as value, I felt like his pricing was very fair- he has a lot of experience, so I was glad to pay what he asked, but he was also concerned that he would work within my budget, which I appreciated. All in all I would highly recommend this local, family owned business!! Thanks, Gabe!

I hired Kauffman Company to do an inspection on the fire sprinkler system in my town home. The…read moreinspection was performed and a number of recommendations were provided to improve the overall performance / address a code problem. We turned the sprinkler system on at this time. The next day, a large leak had developed in my living room. Obviously, the sprinkler system was disabled at this time. Kauffman had someone come out to review the problem - they cut holes in the drywall to find the problem and were to provide an estimate to fix the issue (I do not hold Kauffman responsible for the start of the leak - that was due to the builder). I do, however, hold Kauffman responsible for broken promises of a repair estimate, carving holes in my ceiling and disappearing and then never following up on the original items to improve the sprinkler system after repeated requests. My fire sprinkler system has been off since the leak occurred 6 weeks ago. I would not hire this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone. They have left me holding the bag with no fire protection, holes in my ceiling and no option to address the outstanding issues with the design of my fire sprinkler.
