A year ago I called Plumb Level regarding drain problems. The house was built in 1972 and the cast iron drain lines had collapsed. Matt and Wyatt were able to diagnose the problem immediately. The resolution was difficult (tunneling about 20' under the house) but Matt and Wyatt scheduled the subcontractors (tunnelers) and kept me apprised of the schedule. They were both extremely professional and even more important, trustworthy. When I needed additional plumbing work recently there was no hesitation to phone Plumb Level. Matt and Wyatt were again available and once again were professional, and punctual. I assume the entire Plumb Level staff is good but I like the being able to schedule the plumbers with which I am familiar. The office support staff has always been friendly and supportive. While the ease of booking, the reasonably quick service have been great and differing staff here on the two occasions (all polite and courteous), I was disappointed that I had to have them come a second time in 6 months to change the anode rod in our water heater. The original anode lasted 7 years, the one they installed lasted less than 6 months before the sulphur smell developed again. We chose this company on a high recommendation of a friend. Being charged an extra fee because of distance was OK once, but not OK if they have to come every 6 months or less. If the same problem comes up before several years pass, we will choose a planet closer to home than 25 miles. Cost was high, but I have nothing to compare it to. read more

I returned home from s trip and discovered that my water softener pipes had split and a line in the garage was leaking as well. I called Plumb Level and even though they were busy from the freeze they managed to squeeze me in. This is the second time I have used this company and I will continue to use them again. Each time I have had work done Jake has been sent to do the job. I can't say enough about Jake Edmunds. He is prompt, courteous and professional. I am a widow and I am not very knowledgeable about these things. He took the time to show and explain everything. I called Plumb Level because of a water leak at my place in the country. It was a holiday weekend. They responded quickly (on a Sunday morning) and got to my place within an hour. The plumber was very professional and courteous and fixed the leak quickly. I wish I could remember his name but I don't have his card with me right now. He is the main reason for the 5 stars. Using Yelp was quick and easy and a big relief. Way easier for me than googling a plumber. As far as cost, no one wants to pay more than is reasonable. Request for service was setup quickly and I was informed when I could expect to receive plumbers at my house. Updates were given and I was called by the plumber when he was on the way. After arriving the plumber quickly diagnosed that the problem of my commode movement was an uneven floor. The solution was quickly applied to floor/commode connection with stents. After this was done and new caulking was added the commode looked great and was rock solid. I continue to be impressed with each service call to the Plumb Level team of their high professionalism and expert knowledge of their business. We have a cabin kind of "out in the sticks" between Chappell Hill and Washington, Tx. Plumb Level has handled everything from installing our tankless waterheater (Rinnai is the best and all they handle) to solving freeze damaged pipes, and most recently solving what we thought was a broken water line in the wall of our shower. Colby and Daniel came out ready to tackle the issue and discovered it was an issue with a waterproofing seal. While they were there, they also fixed a leaking exterior riser line. Always get great and honest service from Plumb Level. Had problem with my salt-based water softener using way to much salt. Turns out the hardness scale was incorrectly set at 150 grains, should have been 15. The flush cycle was set at 300 gallons as opposed to 2400 gallons.
