It's their call if they don't want to consider my business but not thrilled with being blown off with no call back when told I would receive one. I asked for a HVAC system that is too large for my house. Now, I have a system that will wear out prematurely and does a terrible job at maintaining a comfortable home. When I asked them to give me a reasonable accomodation on pricing for a replacement system they did not bother to do that, but they did offer to sell me a whole home dehumidifier to reduce the high humidity levels in my house caused by the wrong sized system they installed. I was a senior senior citizen when they sold me the oversized system. I am told that the AG's office in Austin would be very interested, but I do not want to cause them that kind of problem. So. I am just stuck it seems. Be careful. They will sell you what you ask for whether it is technically correct for your home or not. Service requested: They gave me what I asked for. Quality: I got the Amana brand. Value: Wrong system for my home. Where's the value in that ?
