During this process another tech brought a bigger machine - afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem - the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said "We didn't fix it you don't pay" Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line. Customer for life (as well as my neighbors who were affected too) and special thanks to Zach

I hired this plumber for work at my home and paid for the project based on our agreement. The work…read morewas not completed as expected, and portions of the job remained unfinished after payment was made. I made multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the situation, but the project was never completed. As a result, I was left with unfinished work and had to explore other options to address it. I understand that delays and unexpected issues can occur in any business. However, my concern is that the work I paid for was not completed, and I was not refunded the payment. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage others to ask detailed questions about timelines, payment terms, and project completion expectations before hiring.

Gotta give a shout out to Chris Stewart with Stewart plumbing services! Had a water valve randomly…read morebust today on the side of my house in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Had to shut off my water to keep from flooding my garage. Got told "Can't help you until Monday" and basically tough luck by 3 different local companies before I called Chris. Yes even everyone's favorite local company that rhymes with Ballin told me tough luck even though it was an emergency and I had no water for my family of 5. Long story short, Chris left a family bbq and showed up in Hey Dudes and fixed my valve. Goes a long way when someone shows up for their customers despite the circumstances. Give him a call if you need an honest plumber.

He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply. He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater. Instead, he fixed the problem and made recommendations for our system. We highly recommend and will absolutely use Noble should we have any issues in the future.

Knew there might also be a chance that work would need to be done inside. Jeremy and his staff did an excellent job on all of it. The toilet needed to be pulled and areas jackhammered below the surface. They worked very carefully not to break 1 single tile. I'll always use Noble for any plumbing. Jeremy told me what they'd do and they did. If you want a job done right, call them.

We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Overall, I recommend We Do Repipes!
